New mayor of Montclair discusses discrimination in neighborhood 

A video of an incident involving a White woman weaponizing the police a Black couple has been viewed nearly two million times. Just hours after that video went viral, Montclair’s newest mayor was recently sworn in, and he too, is Black. Sean Spiller spoke to PIX11 Morning News about how he has vowed to address the discrimination that minorities face when they move into Montclair.
