I seriously want to thank WHOEVER's idea this was at Adult Swim to (kinda) bring Aqua Teen Hunger Force back. Hopefully they will realize that this show was a GOLDMINE, and fans of Adult Swim seriously miss it, and do a full reboot of the series. After all, we are in the 2020s, the OFFICIAL decade of "reboots"

You know this feels like they just half let MC Chris come up with some insane rant for the entire skit and would do animation based on that but honestly it does actually all really work. I am hoping we actually get more of the Aqua Teens in these shorts and not have all of them be so Carl focused but this was still really funny especially Pee Pants actually growing attached to his "father" and the rap including he would evicit the father and saying "oh cut it off before it gets to that part."

So is Aqua Donk centered around Carl? I'm starting to recognize that he seems to be the common thread that each episode happens around. I mean if that's the route they chose to go, I love it, as fun as it is to focus on the Aqua Teens, it is equally hilarious to consider how their neighbor Carl (and who he is) has to deal with the chaos that is constantly thrown his way just because of who his neighbors are.

For what it's worth, my understanding is these were recorded in home studios. Co-creator Dave Willis voices Carl so it's just easier for him to be the anchor for these since Dave and Matt don't have to try and work virtually with another v/o. Having said that we're only three episodes in (out of ten) so that could change!
