The albums from Daath and My Silent Wake would be in my top 5 for the week. As I type this, I am listening to Kaamos for the first time - excellent so far. For a fairly new band, As The Sun Falls has a pretty extensive catalog already. I am very glad you led me to this band. My absolute favorite released Friday is from Cyclocosmia with a double album called ... And We Will Move The Stars. The album is 16 songs over 84 minutes and all of it is mesmerizing. The music is progressive doom/death with also some symphonic. The album is simply an amazing journey. An easy 9/10 (I never give an album a 10/10).

Daath were on an upward path for long, this one is absolutely best they've done. But there was one ubelievable black metal album this week - Amiensus - Reclamation (Part 1) - saying as someone who does not enjoy black metal.

Definitely checking out these ones. One for you Lindsay is Charismatic Leaders by Wheel. They're an Anglo-Finnish progressive metal band. Very raw sounding with clean vocals. If you like Tool and Karnivool, it's one to check out!

Love the daath album I think I pick it up on vinyl il check the other ones out. Do you buy physical media yourself. Metal on vinyl sounds so much better.
