New Mic, Delta M2 

I've been looking every now and then and thinking how much I would like to have one. I guess it was meant to be.✌✌

I'm aware what defines the actual tone but I'm not sure if you have seen a M2 mic. The M2 mic doesn't have Bass, Mid or Treble adjustments. Only a Tone adjustment. I'm not putting this into a mixer or any other voice manipulation device. Only mic and radio. ✌✌

I'm liking mine so far. As far as modulation, you can watch the meter on the mic to get an idea where you are. If you don't have talkback on your radio, you can hook an external speaker to the PA port and adjust your tone. If you don't have access to these, I would run the tone halfway until you can get someone to give you an audio check. If you're having feedback issues, you're going to have to do without talkback or cut the modulation back which really isn't a good option in "my" opinion. If you listened to the full video, you will have heard that this is only a demonstration of the adjustments from the minimum to the maximum adjustment of the settings on the microphone. If you have heard my station on the air you will know it doesn't sound over crisp or over modulated. If you have watched any of my videos beyond this one, you will hear other operators comment on the clarity of my station so with that being said, it's not the "typical" over crisp, over modulated microphone. ✌✌
