where is this located? Thats the simplest parlor I have seen in 20yrs. Its a nice and simple design and works but wouldn't pass health inspection in the US. no poop rail and the milk sanitation cups are right under floor. I would think they would get covered in poop pretty easy.
Swing parlors are better at times... if the holding area before the parlor requires someone to get the cows it makes I easier for 1 person to manage them while other pushes nother group in
Thanks for sharing your video! How many aside herringbone?

I would suggest you make a long narrow leg bath spray(pressure) before the cow enters the milking chamber. Milking does not look hygiene. Just a feedback.
Great parlour you have there, but one question, why did you decide to have it as a swingover? Where I'm working we're milking around 350 cows in a 15 a side that was converted from a swingover to having units on both sides a few years ago and it was the best thing we ever had done. Love the teat sprayer by the way, better than the hanging ones for convenience by the looks of it.
nice milking parlour. do you hire foreign dairy farm worker just like me? im a filipino with experience in dairy farm here in the philippines, thank you so much!
+shane d you say a million for just the parlor or other stuff? That parlor is very simple. I have seen 2x that size of parlor and a barn for 250 cows built for a million...
nordhorny it's not just to keep them calm and content it helps provide them with a balanced diet to produce milk and most cows don't mind the "back business" you mustn't have been in a milking parlour before
