I would suggest trying a different brand of rubber bands. Also, when you are pulling the bottom bands up through, try to go slowly and gently wiggle it back and forth as you are pulling it up.

yeah! but when i made a new one my hook snap out! so nowi bought a new one a metal hook. the bad news is i bought a green one. i wanted pink but im already out of pink :( . but its okay!

jordantine1 oh i feel bad for that good thing you have a nother one ;) well if its a stick one it will brake off because one of the stick one are weak you should get the metal ones

So glad you like it :) You can use 2 bands placed on together, instead of doubling 1 single band, but it won't come out as tight and might not hold the shape as well. You can try it and see if you like the results.

Deidre Bong Sorry you are having trouble with bands breaking. Some brands of rubber bands hold up better than others. I have a new tutorial in which the bands are not doubled (use 2 at once instead). It turns out a bit bigger and not quite as tight, but it is a lot less pressure on the bands.

RuRuCindy Sorry to hear your bands snapped. Unfortunately, there really isn't much to do but start over. If you are having trouble with your bands breaking, you can make it with double bands (2 bands at once) instead of doubling a single band. It won't be as tight, so it might not hold the shape as well, but should still work.
I’m good at memorizing.. my rubber band broke at the last step but thanks to your good instructing skills I could do it with out looking at the video thanks!
