I’m only at kitchen so far, but wow! That little shelf behind sink: perfect for an aloe plant and a couple of herbs! That island is gorgeous and the lighted pantry with adjustable shelves! Pretty cool!!!!
My pleasure! A lot of what I do is based on feedback from viewers like you (such as showing the slides closed also). It's always nice to know when something's appreciated as well! :)
Josh, upon watching your video my wife and I had to see this rig. We got up to lansing and saw it in person. The 319 is everything you say it is Sir! We haven’t been wowed by a 5th wheeler in 12 years... till now. We will be making this our rig and we thank you for turning us on to it 👍🏻
Remember we don't put these videos together for the fun of it. Sounds like we have earned a fair shake at earning your business. We sold out of our 319's very quickly, but have one landing this month fresh that nobody has stepped foot in. Give our guys a call at 800-256-5196 and let us get you camping.
Haylett RV I actually went to your wonderful facility Saturday and talked to Mr. Snyder, no 319’s. They told me one was coming in but didn’t know when or what was on it.
So THIS just happened: bit.ly/2S2jYdR I gave Mike the head's up so he can reach out to you. Saw it as I pulled in the drive this morning and thought of you instantly!
Keep up these videos! You have that knack for this. Got the wife watching your vids. We are now looking into Jayco just cause of this interior look. More RVs need to start doing this type of interior. Not just Brown everywhere everything
Very nice and I love the no floor heater vents. I'm actually thinking it would be easy to put a little curtain over the vent by the toilet for bouncing P. However, which rv would you recommend for 5 adults? My kids are grown but would like to invite them to whatever camper we choose. It would have to have a king bed. I'm thinking one of those front living room with 2 couches that make into a bed? It would be nice to find a 5th wheel or travel trailer that had a king and queen bedroom.
So... I've watched your videos 4 like ever! Your a wealth of information. That I thank you. My problem is you keep showing better & better RVs. I need a full x below 0 large unit to live in full x. Dishwasher farm house bath 1/2 live this Island. Solar ... I know forest river has come up with some very nice units. I originally fell in love with the jayco 4113. Then along came forest river 427? Front porch LOVE... I need help deciding what do I do..
Hey Josh can this unit be pulled with 3/4 ton 6.7 diesel ford with a 2300 lbs payload not counting occupants, seeing this has a 2150 pin weight I am asking because I see a lot of 2018 3/4 ton fords like mine pulling bigger units and I have checked payload on them and they are running 2100 to 2450 payload on new 3/4 tons fords with occupants in them so how are they doing this because I would have to subtract 500 lbs off mine with myself wife and hitch for total of 1800 payload if the math is right lol your thoughts thanks really want to buy 319mlok if possible
You're close enough the answer is "it depends..." on things like how you load, number of occupants, etc. If you stay within specs, then you'd be a good candidate for airbags to stiffen the suspension for better handling (especially around corners). We never recommend over-towing. So my best suggestion is to call our team, ask for a towing specialist, and make sure you feel comfortable with the numbers after we get to know you better (so we better understand how YOU camp). 800-256-5196
If the 319MLOK feels a bit much, then the 30.5MLOK "little brother" (Seen here: bit.ly/2FrfMOP) would be WELL within your specs. They're not interchangable obviously, but similar in many ways & both are strong in their respective sizes.
Thank you for your reply I will call a team member in the next few days totally enjoy your videos it's a breath of fresh air to chat with RV dealership that tells like it is and honest keep up the good work
Hey Josh... what’s the difference between the Forest River Rockwood Geo Pro and the flagstaff E- pro? I know it doesn’t pertain to this video but I can’t find anyone who does a comparison and your video popped up I was actually thinking about coming to look at something I can tow with my Sorento. Thank you!
Rockwood and Flagstaff are clones one one other built literally by the same people in the same facility. So the Decals are really the only physical difference. Rockwood is the more popular of the sisters by a wide margin, so they tend to pull *slightly* higher resale values based on name recognition. Your Sorento will be rated for somewhere between 2,000-5,000lbs depending on whether or not it has the towing package. If 5k rated, then a Geo or perhaps something like some of the Apex Nano models would be perfect. If 2k rated, then you would be reserved to things like tent campers or perhaps the 12RK and 12SRK Geo Pros.
Haylett RV thank you. I don’t have a tow package unfortunately. Hoping to see if I can have one installed if not I’ll be looking for a pick up. If the weather permits I was thinking about driving over to Haylett this weekend.
Not possible. I tried to pitch them a similar idea based on the smaller 30.5MLOK and even then it had too much square footage to meet RVIA requirements.
Your idea would be my DREAM rig with this farmhouse coloring + large island, pantry and closet = perfection. Unfortunately they can't add a middle bunkhouse! But I do think it would sell like crazy!
