I'm not really sure mate as Stuart was declared as the best bass player one year, they received the best band and best album prize back in the days. Stuart left NMA for personal reasons and after the Bradford stadium tragedy in may '85. Every bass line I've learned from Stuart was always a not so easy exercice, proof that he was a very talented and unique musician.
Oh how this brought the memories back! I was there! What an absolute powerhouse of a live act the original line up was that year, with the legendary peerless Stuart Morrow the coolest and most talented bass player ever! God Bless them. RIP Rob Heaton.
I was there same tour, norwich. Then i joined the new age travellers stonehenge etc and converted to islam in 93. Still waiting for the family to follow suit.....
How did you get ths amazing footage that was not officially released on the original video? Is the whole gig available at all, do you have it? (that's me at the front red hair by the way, ha)
