@@vendita2 it's not about that. the size of the house with the view, location, the technology it comes with and the architecture makes it worth the tag especially considering it's in bel air. it's cheaper than expected
Alex Raider I don’t know where you grew up, but this house is in Los Angeles. It wouldn’t matter if the house was on sale for 100m it would still have neighbors. LA is a big city so there’s a lot of people there.
Finally I finished watching all the videos of wave motion films until the current date and I liked like all the videos. I loved the quality of the videos as well as the fact that the videos are short, on average 2 minutes at most, not more than that. Congratulations to Wave Motion Films for the quality of the videos.
Modern architecture at its best. I would love such a house, but probably couldn't live there as I have photosensitive migraines. I also wonder how the glazed wine caves I keep seeing, would look with gin and rum, I don't drink wine.
@@classyone7360 Unfortunately, bright light, and flashing light can trigger my severe cluster migraines. I generally keep a low level of light in my home to avoid this, and have had plantation shutters at all my windows so I can control this.
Blue heights drive is a really nice place, there used to be a cliff that overlooked DTLA, that was private property but the owners would allow the public to go chill there. Unfortunately, too many rowdy people showed up and played a lot of music and got really drunk and in the course of 3 years they started to slowly kick that cliff up. You can still go and find a different cliff but that one was insane
I love watching these videos, but so many nice homes in Southern California are right on top of each other. If I'm going to pay $10 million for a home I am going to expect some space between us and the neighbors.
Looks pretty cool but firstly how does one every really, fully use the house; like, there just wouldn't be enough time, even if you didn't work, and secondly, even the running costs would be through the roof. Even if you got the house as a gift it would still be expensive to live in & the worst part is that these are costs that're always going to be there; they're not going to go away. I also think that houses like this should totally have solar panels. I mean not having them is almost a waste of money at this point, I mean might as well...
