It looks like it’s a beautiful place. Have you checked what is near by like shops church, post office. Schools, that’s something to think about before buying I would say. Best wishes to you both.

Blessings family I know you are trying to purchase homes in Jamaica 😮😮please watch the vlogers "Dat ME SE there are serious problems with housing development in Jamaica 🇯🇲 people put deposit down and 3 years later and the house is not built, mold in some houses, quality very poor and more😢please do your due diligence 🖤💚💛one love.

The developer has not listed the price yet publicly yet. So we did not want to mislead anyone. You can contact the realtor and she can explain.

If buyers are interested they will contact the realtor. If you look on the website the price isn’t listed, because post construction prices will be different from pre construction. So we did not want to mislead anyone. They can contact the realtor and she can provide more info.

Ditto, saw that owner of same build in Jamaica was having leak & mildew issues. When you think about it, peaked or tented roofs offer more ventilation and is a beautiful design.

The developer of Pyramid Point is Manuka. This is not the same developer. When the roof is not properly sealed, it can cause issues. We’re sharing the development for those interested in purchasing or investing in a home in Jamaica. People can do their own research.
