Recently I had an amazing reaction within myself of experiencing synchronicity of my heartbeat with another in the form of a big slow hug from a beautiful soul i like very much. Im 63now and to be honest i had never experienced this ever b4 this day. I know Im late in life to be finally experiencing this ...but it woke me up to this being the bedrock of new love relationships i may be blessed enough to experience in the future. I.m awake a meditator and have been single working on my self shadow and karmas since 6years and grateful for every step on this journey to realise my freedom and oneness with others.🙏thanks for your wisdom

Thank you, Nina. I love rhe sound of cikadas (takes me back to Provence) but I must admit I found them very stressful to hear in the background while you were speaking. However, I did not complain about them after your previous video. But seeing as other people have mentioned disturbing background noice I might as well be honest and say how I fel about it too. The video today was also full of noice which for me personally was disturbing. I am a highly sensitive person, so very sensitive to noice, light etc., and find it hard to focus, concentrate or relax under too much stimuli so I know I'm not the average person. No matter the noice I will always appreciate your videos and your wisdom, intelligence and love. Thank you for your generosity. 🙏🏼❤️

Thank you, Nina. I really appreciate your audio accommodation. I adore insect noises but it was hard to hear your wise guidance. And I remember feeling relieved recently that I could focus on my healing instead of rushing to lift up and protect others at the expense of my self. I suffer from co-dependence and need to focus on my recovery. So I'm glad when the planets support my growth. Only when whole can we heal and protect others. Especially as empathetic leaning souls. Personally, I would appreciate an example of how we can remain in high vibration while we help someone who is low. Empaths have a hard time removing ourselves from others’ emotions, so any specific tips and examples you may have would help very much. Thank you.
I agree with the previous comments 💯 To share my experience as an empath, I think it's about having empathy but not owning their situation or emotions as yours. It took me a long time to learn this, but when I first started doing this I envisioned a protective bubble around me that allowed me to connect with others without taking their feelings on as my own or getting consumed in the feelings brought up in relating to them. Lots of breathing, and healing work too ❤️🩹 The bubble has definitely been the most immediate impact practicing this, usually in front of a mirror and sometimes just in my minds eye... hope this helps ✨💖
