Great catches ! That new motor is clean ! Interesting obnoxiously large siren on that first unit. Looks like one of the 2020 FPIUS had a lighting issue.

I could be far off but I believe its a speaker for the PA system to negotiate during scenes that require it. Dont fact check me on that, lol!

I never heard a horn on a cop motorcycle before. And also that speaker on the vehicles are just ugly imo. Not as ugly as Michigan’s light on the top of theirs but still ugly.

That horn is part of the electronic package on the motor unit
