New Multan City Railway station is an abanoned station located in Multan near General bus stand. Nearby stations to this are Piran Gaib and Multan Cantt. It ia constraucred on double line rail road. This building of this railway station is beautiful but due to lack of govt attention, it is becoming useless. It has waiting area shed on both sides of platforms. An overhead bridge is also present for the movement of passengers to catch up and down sides trains. This station could be a source of income if become functional again. Like this railway station, large number of stations are waiting for the attention of PR department for thier fate. Railway line from Khushab to Malakwal and From Sama Satta to Amruka Junction are closed and assets of our state are being wasted.
