It was a bit tongue in cheek but I wasn't one of those lucky women who pinged back into shape, and many years of half a stone on, half a stone off have left me soft and flabby. No amount of exercise helped either. I genuinely got a lot from this video. Better late than never I suppose 🙄😀

This was a really helpful episode. There is so much advice for pregnant women and nothing out there for postpartum when your body is actually more difficult to dress. I loved the Biarritz t-shirt outfit with the khaki jacket and the cropped navy top and trousers

Your so encouraging! This video is all that I had hoped for. All Mom's are so happy to have things that fit and hide our belly's as a suggestion! I hope your able keep featuring "30 something Mothers" many of us are an average size 12-18, especially Cesarean surgery Momma's! We have the really low "pop out" belly's. Very hard to hide but the perfect challenge for someone as talented as you and relatable to the public ❤❤

Love your channel! Can you do a segment on women with a large stomach that starts relatively high up and is more “front” centered? Also for those of us that are older and have mobility issues, such as balance issues (no high heels), feet issues (need arch support and cushioning), need crossbody bags because we walk with a cane, etc.

I went through this same weight gain after baby and didn't manage to lose it until 10 yrs later but still remember how frustrating it was trying to find clothes that made me feel attractive. I think all our bodies are never quite the same shape as we were before having a baby...but that's fine and nothing to be ashamed of...even if you loose weight and regain your fitness, I found, you are still just a little bit different to what you were before!! We are now Mothers ❤❤❤❤

I loved this video and was excited to try the Adanola leggings. They cost $10 to ship which I absolutely would be happy to pay if they were as great as I'd hoped. Sadly, they were not, even though I followed the sizing guidelines they did not fit at all (too small). And it cost $15 to return them, so essentially I paid $25 for the privilege of trying them on. Lesson learned. I am so sorry to add negativity to this wonderful channel but I definitely would not recommend. this product.

I think Melissa did a great job with Naomi, who looks so happy and surprised at how the styling as gone. I wanted to say this is an earlier video in which Melissa wore that green dress: to use one of your words, it looks “mumsy” to me. Or handmaids tale. IMHO. I love watching these even if the body shape is different to mine. One thing I would say (for others) is that I purchased Vivaia shoes on your recommendation and I found them uncomfortable. They look lovely but they are restrictive and their customer service is appalling. From now on I’m sticking to brands stocked by department stores as at least you have brand integrity behind them. I see you heavily promoting them (not sure if it’s a brand deal or discount). Please bear in mind they are severely lacking in integrity and customer service. I think by recommending them you lessen your brand integrity. It’s a shame because they look stylish and work well however the company has a long way to go. If you google them all the reviews say the same. It’s a shame this company only seems to be nice to influencers / those promoting them.

It depends on the look you're going for plus the shoes you're wearing with them. Typically turning under is more dressy than up turning but right now i'm loving an upturn with heels! Go off your gut feel based on the shoes, lifestyle and the venue where you're going.

Thanks for the tips always. Do you have any tip for low neck? i give up buying anything if it shows slightest cleavage even if its a beautiful fit everywhere else. Do you have any tip apart from wearing a camisol or mock camisole underneath as they're not that great quality.

Only using boob tape to stick down the sides of the v neck so you can position the top without showing any cleavage x

Great video! I am a bit curious about legs. Here you mention taking up he shorts to show a bit more of the legs. Would the same apply of you have *unattractive* legs (overweight, large /wide both lower and upper legs + plus soft/jelly)?

It usually does yes, but if you want the shorts to look good then it’s the top you need to worry about. If the top is wrong then however good the shorts are, they still won’t look good….always look at the whole outfit, not just one part of it x

Are you referring to the red jumpsuit that I was wearing at the start? If so, i'm a uk size 8-10 but i'm more of an 8 on my waist and a 10 on my thighs. It pulled slightly on me on my thighs at the start but it stretched out after a few minutes. If you're a small 10 i'd go for a small but if you're more of a 10-12 then i'd go for a medium. x

I love these jeans on her. My problem is that I’m wider in the stomach but then I have narrow hips and skinny legs, which means all trousers are hanging off my bottom if they fit at the waist or if they look flattering on my bum, I can’t zip them up. I’ll welcome any suggestions on where to look for trousers that would fit.

Elasticated high waist would be best for you. Pleated trousers/jeans with side pockets will help tp produce volume around the hips.

Definitely not made purposely for wider feet but on their website they have all of their measurements so check against that before purchasing.

Vivaia shoes are uncomfortable and their customer service is terrible. I had to wait 28 days for them to agree to a refund. I would not recommend them. There is a reason no department store stocks them. Awful company
