Hey Dina! Might not be something fantastic or anything, but watching you has inspired me as a Believer to start dressing more modestly. I never got satisfaction from shorts and tight shirts and such (honestly I felt kinda gross), but since dressing modestly, I have this great satisfaction for some reason! @dina look into diastastis recti its abdominal separation and you have to do certain exercises to get rid of it. Also leave the house on the weekend. Pump sid lots of milk. You pump while you're out so you don't engorge. She won't starve herself-she will take the bottle! Lol trust me mine didn't take a bottle until 5 months when we did this and forced her to choose between bottle full of perfectly good milk or starve-she didn't starve herself.

hi dina, i have a tip for u daughter so she will drink out a bottle. my english is not good, but when its time to feed her, dont feed her en wait till she be very hungry so she will drink out of a bottle. and push the rubber thing in so she can taste the milk in her mouth and then she will open her mouth automatically just be aware that she has to learn to drink out of a bottle so it can take some time.

Hi Dina... I totally understand your problem .Pump milk and store ... They are good for 4-6 hours in room temperature.For nipple of the bottle use similac one time use ... You can get them from Amazon... Make her hungry then try to give her the bottle..that may work...:) hope this helps..:)
Hiya sometimes it is best to let baby get really hungry (almost starving) to make them have bottle. I had the same problem with my first born, I found the aptimal starter kit helps as the nipple of that bottle is easier for the baby to latch on to and is similar to the breast. Hope she takes it soon.. Keep at it and she will take it x
Dina, LOVE your body!! 😘 your body is a temple, an amazing vehicle to carry you in this life! You have a produced and birthed a CHILD!! That's pretty fucking awesome & the most amazing thing the human body can do! Parts of your body will change because of that, but try not to see it as a bad thing, this just shows the amazing, miraculous thing you have done & are still doing by breastfeeding! Your body is not who you truly are & it doesn't define you, it does an amazing service by carrying you in this life & producing your child. Love & respect your body Dina 💕 It is fucking awesome however it is.
+photographybyemmah Also, make sure you pump in the time you give her a bottle if you want to keep up your supply. Your body will regulate soon enough, some mums keep on the weight when breastfeeding but don't worry. Your body just did something AMAZING. You grew a human being and now that human is growing from YOUR body!
dina I had the same problem with my first kid. my second one is 3 months now but the secret to accept the bottle feeding is u need to make it warm . believe me she will
Dina, I love you so much lol.. That sainsburys trip was hilarious with the frozen peas😂😂😂😂. I'm so with you on the getting in shape quest🙈 but don't worry I'm post baby number 3 who by the way is 2 and a half😩 what helped me to drop the weight first time round was walking! Try and ditch the car wherever possible. Also with the bottles, it is easier if Sid feeds her and you stay away, as if she knows you're around she will resist them. Just keep trying her.. Leave the house for a few hours and she'll eventually take it once she realises😊 This worked with my last 2👍

My first born son took a while to get used to bottles. I tried tommee tippee, dr Browns, avent. In the end he liked the MAM bottles. My second son just like avent ones. I know the struggle.

Wrap your belly! I'm not sure if it's too late, but I heard & read that after you have a natural birth, you wrap your belly because your skin is still super stretchy and so whatever you eat stretches it really easily. If it is too late, then I suggest light/moderate exercise while your belly is wrapped so that you sweat more in that area. Good luck boo, remember you're beautiful regardless 😘😘😘

when your breastfeeding you won't lose weight until you stop as your body stores fat to make the milk as keep on eating healthily and when you stop breast feeding the fat will just drop off..x
Try Dr. Browns bottles, they worked for my baby . He went thru the same thing, refused the bottle. Also, I recommend you introduce liquid formula only for when u leave her with daddy, pumping is a hassle!!

Have you tried having someone else giving the bottle while you are away? Many times when baby knows you are around they won't even try anything new. They want the "better" stuff! Good luck. My babies refused bottles when I introduced them later than 8 weeks old. Not sure of age is a factor, but it seemed likely for our family.
Dina, have you tried someone else feeding hana your breast milk like Sid maybe? and you may need to step out of the room because babies can smell you and So they won't always take it if you are giving it cause they just want it from the real source if that makes sense lol. (mama of three over here)

You should try and cut down on the coffee bcos the caffeine is then transferred into hana through ur breast milk which makes her sleep less and might cos heart problems later on
