Words are insufficient for the inspiration and gift you freely share with everyone here. Thank you so much Nicole.

So awesome! I’ve listened to this multiple times. Should be a TED Talk.

Brilliant -- sharing widely. Best stuff I've heard in ages, and -- thanks to some previous good fortune with similar practices -- not only convincing but downright inspiring! Thanks so much for publicizing this kind of work to cure ourselves.

I just canceled my next $975 PRP injections session as I cannot afford it anymore and now the pain has spread from the 26+ years long headache (which is what I've been getting treated) to my back. My body is screaming. :-( 110 doctors, healers, shamans, etc. have not been able to help me since 1995.

I miss Dr Sarno. Realizing it sounds like you've helped many, I wish you had talked about Dr. Sarno in your introduction and about TMS. There are so many ways to treat TMS based on my research that if for some reason a viewer didn't "click " with this video, he/she could research Dr Sarno and find something that would allow it to "click".

I’ve had the watery eyes too. It is SO annoying. I’ve gone to two doctors, there is nothing wrong with my eyes. About a month ago I finally read on the TMS Wiki site it could be TMS. I have recently, out of the blue developed terrible knee pain. Went to doctor, nothing wrong with my knee. I just read Dr. Sarno’s Divided Mind and Steve Ozanich’s The Great Pain Deception. My eyes have gotten much better, but my knee still hurts. I’m starting the journaling tonight. I will overcome this!

I herniated L4/L5 disk earlier this year, and it was the worst pain I have ever felt. Avoided surgery, and the pain returned with a diagnosis of spinal stenosis. I'm in pretty much constant pain to a greater or lesser extent. I've read Dr. Sarno's book Healing Back Pain and now reading Mindbody Prescription. Finding your stuff on the internet, I have started journaling based on your prescription and not really understanding or even knowing what I'm doing. Admittedly I am a skeptic by nature, but I believe there is something to this and there is no down-side to it. Do I just continue to open up in the document and the change just happens? Thank you for what you're doing and I hope to be able to share a success story.

Your not feeling the way your body needs. Your beliefs might be holding on strong. I've healed from hellish chronic pain, then a heart arythmia then IBS , sibo and debilitating constipation . You can do it!

Great video. I was doing pretty good, but then I did a lot of bending and some exercise and the next day the pain was back. I have tried to work on my mind again but its like its not working as well as it did before. Do you know how that can be? Thanks

No disrespect, but the painfree cure u speak of seems like emotional suppressed memories or hypochondriac driven I listened to your entire video, but-(Sigh) it seems so similar to Sarno & Ozark idealism.(just sayin') Do u offer $ back guarantee?

It is Sarno and it's the answer to chronic pain. Some people can't understand it.

@@hambonerz So if someone has an alternate viewpoint, they just don’t get it. Sounds a lot like a cult/religion. In fact, in one of her videos she says hear her like the voice of god. WTF. Careful consideration is healthy.
