you can save one move on the right side: dont pick: 4,5K titanskin / 300 red skinstones / 5 runes - instead 4 energybottle + 50 primarchs grasp. so in total only 81 moves needed

Excelent video. The best explanation of the Mysterious Island map! Did you say 1500 random crystals or 1500 radiant crystals?

You don't need to backtrack, you are free to explore any location beside any explored ones

This is my 1st time for the map.... I want to get flag so...which path I should take? Which flag is the best for Dante team?

You can just follow any paths (depends on how many total moves you need) that leads to the flag. If your Dante is a tank at 1st position, pick Green Pet or Red Healing Reduction. I prefer the Pet flag. If you have a Tank (role) in front of Dante, you can pick Blue Tank Energy flag to get your tank to ultimate more often. Blue Flag only works if you have a Tank role hero in your team. Red and Green works independent of heroes.
