My favorite by the moment is Dolce Vita, the tone is a warm nude with pink undertones; I like that it doesn’t have any scent , it feels smooth the lips look moist. Ideal to apply if you want a little bit of color to refresh any time.

Did you feel like you had to use a lot of product to get the color to really show. I use the Dior and it’s gone so fast as I use it daily. Btw, Fast Lane was my favorite as well, Turbo looked great on you too. Thanks for swatching these. 😘

If it gets used up too fast, maybe go for a sheer lipstick instead of a coloured lip balm? And maybe even refill an empty dior case with a small batch of melted solid lipstick diluted with balm, so that you get exactly the level of pigmentation and gloss you want? Otherwise you can try using a smaller than normal amount of different "vinyl" or "glass" liquid lipsticks. You don't get the thick liquid effect while you still get the rich pigments in glossy sheer. If you don't to premix anything then you could also dab solid lipstick on your lips so the covering is sheer, and blend it out with the tiniest drop of lip gloss or a bit of lip balm. I can't recommend enough DIYing a tiny batch if you already have a solid color lipstick you love that you just want in sheer gloss too.

With balms like these, I always wonder, how do they smell? The products by Dior and Givenchy both smell minty and I don't like it. It reminds me of chewing gum and toothpaste. And I can't test them during lockdown.
