Hi Steph! I have been subscribed to you for a while now and I just wanted to let you know that you are absolutely beautiful!❤ Can you please let us know if you think the blush leans more purple based? I’ve seen some reviews and people are saying they do not like it because of the undertone and will not suit a wide range of skin tones. Thank you and keep up with the great content! 🥰

Hi Jennifer!! Omg 🥹 thank you so much. ♥️ On my skin tone it definitely didn’t pull purple because it might also have to with my skin tone. I can definitely see this pulling purple on different complexions!

This look is absolutely one of the best I’ve seen using this palette. You probably know by now that she probably hasn’t come out with anything before that has caused this much discussion so here goes and keep in mind I’ve watched I think every single posted video in the English language. I own both shades glam and love them. Great for travel because I can just take that, mascara foundation concealer and be done AND create different looks for a 3 day trip appropriate for day and night. I also like them and palette like this for getting out the door quickly. I can’t do this with this palette. No one who routinely does videos showing multiple looks with a palette is even attempting it with this palette. People who usually buy every single thing ND are passing on this. The blush is iffy. Dark skintones have a hard time with it and on some fairs/med light it’s leaving a white cast. The highlighter is great and yes it’s the same one in the trio. The highlighter works great as a blush topper and can make the blush more wearable for some. Now the shadows. I wear pink/purples a lot. I like the light pink and it’s good as an all over. I like the dark purple shadow since you can also line with it. Some people are having issues with this particular one saying it doesn’t apply as well as her usual shadows. I could make it work. I like giddy and love the shimmer affinity. I think affinity is what makes that hot pink shadow wearable. I couldn’t justify this palette for the highlighter and that one shimmer. This palette is good for an occasional night out but if you take it on a trip you’re going to look pink every day. On all these videos people pretty much create looks that are the same. I want to be proven wrong. See if you can do a video showing multiple looks with this palette. For travel I think either (or both) glam palettes are a better option. Not sure if you mentioned that with this palette there is the option to depan so if you have a lot of ND that’s a possibility but for me I couldn’t justify paying almost $70 for a palette where I didn’t particularly like the blush shade or some of the shadows. I’ll be glad when this whole Ken and Barbie deal is over. Most people don’t look great in hot pink eyeshadow. It just makes you look red around the eye. This could have been a great palette and I would love a pink purple color story but shades that I could make work for day and night and create several looks. My overall thought after seeing all the videos is when it comes to this color story Charlotte Tilbury could have done it better. Would love to see a pillow talk instant look in a palette. I don’t even care about new shades plus she already has existing shades that she coul come out with 2/3 for multiple skintones. My understanding with this palette is that the highlighter is the only repeat shade. Would love to see her come out with affinity as a single or maybe someone can find a dupe that’s just as good.

Hi Carla! Yes I definitely agree I first heard about it after the fact and didn't know that was going on until after I posted the video and did some research myself. I do agree this is a hard palette to utilize considering it is a all pink palette and is not convenient to use unless you love all pink eyeshadow and know how to work with them. This palette isn't the most diverse palette this is on the market and I can see why a lot of people would pass on this palette and not only that see it as being useless just because you won't be able to do most with it especially with deeper complexions I can see this being a issue. 70 dollars for this palette is pretty steep for what it is and how inclusive it is I can say that the glam version is a way better palette I can only really see people using this palette on days like Valentines Day or date night where they want a little more pink. I can definitely do another look using this palette in different ways to make it more useful but I believe this palette was intended for just a night out or like a said a holiday which doesn't make this palette justifiable, so I see where your concern is and why you wouldn't be intrigued in buying it. I also agree that what makes this palette is that shade infinity its so gorgeous on its own and I would also love for you to come out with single shades like these or how like you said "even better". Thank you so much for this comment and letting me know how you felt about this palette it is highly appreciated and now I am even more informed on this palette and how other people feel about it.

I’ll admit this. It’s comical to see how much time I spent analyzing this palette. I think it comes down to it became a challenge and I guess I like a challenge. I would even sit there and try to figure out what shade I’d replace with the hot pink and the blush. I really did think about buying it and giving it to my daughter and then I had nightmares thinking about her going around in hot pink eyeshadow. I used to model as a teen for the teen magazines. (My parents and sister are tall and everyone thought I would be. My career ended when I didn’t hit 5’7”-min to model back then and I couldn’t get rid of my southern accent to do commercials) so back then I was around a lot of professionals and think I know a few makeup techniques but this palette won the challenge. It make me have to think too much. Usually I can look at a palette and see looks but I came up with one look with this. This highlighter looks good on inner corner of eye. I always overpack my cosmetics bag when I travel. For the last 18 months I have challenged myself with each of the 6 palettes (ND glam, CT instant look, Dior holiday) to see if I could just pack that and whatever it didn’t have (mascara, foundation, concealer, lip, bronzer with the glams). I managed to do it, create day and night looks and make them look different and look good. There is zero chance I could do that with this palette. I’d like to see ND herself do a longer than 2 minute video where she shows multiple looks
