Head's up if anyone has the Viseart Midsommer, this palette has the EXACT same shades, plus two pinks and it's 21.00. This color story pulls warmer than expected, just like pillow talk on me. If it weren't for the smokey purple gray "Per Se" shade I wouldn't have kept it. It makes the whole palette imo. Your comparison swatches are SO appreciated as always Tara 🙌🌸
I wish I would have known this before I bought this palette. I actually hate this palette because it looks pink in the promotional pictures, but it’s far from pink in real life. I am almost thinking about returning it. I have never returned makeup in my life. That’s how much I hate this palette. I have never tried Viseart, and have been fawning over their palettes.😂
@@trishamarieright there with you. The colors and tones are not as advertised. I don’t understand why more people are not questioning this. Even if you love the colors, the promo photos are very misleading.
I just bought it after watching this video. I really do love her mini palettes, I think I have 5 now? They are just so good when you're in a rush or just want something quick and easy. Everything is laid out for you and you don't need to think about what goes with what and it's Natasha Denona so you know the formula is bomb! I am excited!!
I received my palette in the mail and It’s so much darker and more nude then ND’s images. I was thinking of returning it. You got a very pretty look out of it though!
One of the best reviews of this palette yet. Love how you put the names and discriptions of the shades on the screen A+. Nice professional touch! And, of course, very informative.
Had mine 5 days & I’ve worn it every day! 😂 Absolutely love it, 9 hours in a hot hair salon & it looks amazing all day ❤ hope it’s a permanent palette, I’m going to need another 😂😂
I Love this pallette. It is different enough for me! I swatched next to mine and I'm so pleased. This Look is gorgeous and very elegant. Thank you Tara for all the swatches. I would even Love for you to do another look😂💓
Thank you for such a thorough review (as always)! I love how you always give comparisons and swatches!!! I immediately ordered this last week because of the promo pictures. Lesson learned…..need to wait until your review next time!! It isn’t that I don’t like the palette. It’s just that I feel deceived. The actual colors are warmer, darker and not as pink as advertised. I would love to understand why they would knowingly put out photos that are that far off. Maybe it’s just me/my eyesight tho! Thanks again!!!!!
Yet again another wonderful video. That you for the great swatch comparisons. This palette looks really nice on you. You really know how to apply make up well. You are a pretty lady!
I wish I’d waited for your discount code, but I was too excited 😊. I have the shades in the other two palettes, but I do love when she does these little travel size palettes, makes it so easy…now we just have to go somewhere lol! Have a great day Tara! 😊
Thank you for making this video and the comparisons. I was thinking I might pick this one up during the Sephora sale but I have both of the CT quads you mentioned so…I might hold off.
Hi, can you review the dryness’s myrick yummy skin serum tint foundation? I know you had issues with the original foundation. I got a sample of the serum, and really love it 🩷
Awesome video! Watching the comparison swatches made me realize that I have these colors in the Huda Beauty Empowered palette from last fall which I feel has more depth and sparkle for my skin tone.
I also think the Pur On Point Thursday is almost exactly the same, minus the Galaxia sparkle shade. It has a softer shade instead. I love the Pur one, but I still ordered this one. I’m just into small curated palettes. I also only used to be a warm toned girl as well and now love cool tones as well.
Your comparisons are the best, Tara! Thank you! As I plan grabbing the glam and my dream palettes, I will skip this one, but this color story is absolutely stunning.
I love your reviews! I did t want this but I do now 🤣 I have so many Natasha palettes but the minis are special. Amazing comparisons I don’t have many dupes. Not a Charlotte Tilbury fan x
I see this video is from two weeks ago. This is a very pretty palette, but now Natasha Denona has come out with her I Need A Nude palette, which also has a new formula. Are you getting her new palette, Tara? I’m waiting to see all the reviews. So far, it looks really good.
Hey friend 🩷 I picked up that new palette and I planned to review, but I got sick. I was in bed sick for 5 days. Just now getting better. I will be uploading my video this week🩷 thanks for checking I, hope you have a great week🩷🩷🩷
I'm going to have to create the Wayne Goss version of the look I did with this palette with the Pearle Palette (one of my tied for first favorites from him, alongside Imperial Topaz). Overall, that seemed closest out of the comparisons.
I was under the impression 2 shades are in the mini retro. I didn't rush out to get it as I have the mini retro, huda and CT. It's stunning on you! I think I'm going to pick it up. Are the two lightest shades in the mini retro?
Sorry, short message as i have the beginnings of a stinking migraine. Yes it's very pretty palette but is it worth me getting it? Probably not - but I'm getting it anyway 😂. From what I've seen, the lightest matte shade is a bit nondescript and could've been replaced with a different, more useful shade - just my humble opinion 😉 Lots of love to you, 💗🤍💗🤍💗🤍💗🤍💗🤍💗🤍💗
Mel and Kelsee did a cute video years back where Kelsee picked out Mel’s makeup and Mel had to identify whether a product was affordable or high end. When they got to eyeshadow, Kelsee handed Mel a brush with a transition shade, and out of alllllll of Mel’s makeup, she was able to identify the pink (the one in this new mini) from the ND Star palette because it was one of her favorites in her collection. I think of her every time I use it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3CJoVNk_FqA.html (It’s around the 19:00 mark.)
