One idea I had is that the writers of this show were sitting on their couches one day, watching Seinfeld. They realized Seinfeld was primarily in a gray apartment with a gray couch, or a gray coffee shop. Sometimes the actors didn't wear colorful clothes. Then the TBBT people decided to make The Big Bang Theory as colorful as possible! They even have Sheldon wear purple and green at the same time.

I really like early seasons Stewart. He's sweet and talented and has a thriving business. They keep changing his traits and putting him through tragedy until he's a dysfunctional creep in the middle. By the end he's a bit better, but a pretty kooky man with no social awareness

Sheldon hates to admit it but he always misses his friends when they aren't around. Hes eating food inspired by hia friends. So he had them in mind

You know your true friends if they help you move. My buddy in college drove 8hrs round trip with me and helped me move out of college all in 1 day. All he asked for was a large pizza and a bottle of Jack Daniels haha

This episode begins my true empathy for Stuart as a character. Throughout the rest of the series, his genuine mental health is purely played for jokes. He's a really genuine guy with mental problems, and it sucks that everything he says or does (even when it's really dark) just has a laugh track playing over it.

Honestly thinking back on it Raj was the biggest player out there I'm sure the amount of times he has been laid in your reactions so far is hilarious

At the end of the day Sheldon is a pretty good friend to Leonard.

And with shoes, they are not that hard to take care of. 1:23 And he was still dating Leslie Winkle at the time, which makes this even worse. 2:39 I'm with Sheldon on this one. The give-and-take on this seems very uneven. Moving is a TON of work, and it's even worse because they're not the ones moving, they're just helping. Buying a pizza takes almost zero effort. So it doesn't seem like appropriate repaying of the debt IMO. Actually, Howard's mom was urging him to move out and not come back. He REALLY misunderstood her. 6:16 Great observation! I've never noticed that. Penny claims that she hates Alicia for just using the guys and for getting by on her looks and all that. But that's exactly what Penny does. She REALLY hates Alicia because Alicia is better at it in every way. Alicia is prettier than Penny, a better actress than Penny, and Alicia can socialize with the guys without telling a stupid joke that insults them. I used to think Alicia really was jumping up and down on the bed. It seems like you knew what was going on right away. This is the only time Alicia is ever seen or mentioned, which is weird. If she lives in the same building where most of the show takes place, you'd think they'd run into her a lot. Maybe she moved out after this episode. Anyway, I don't like her because she's Penny 2.0 only she's more evil (mostly because she's better at being Penny). The part where Penny references Star Trek is significant because it shows the difference between them. Penny actually got to know the guys. Alicia made no effort to get to know them. But to be fair, I think this is because the 4 main guys are all that Penny has so she had no choice but to get to know them, whereas Alicia can find lots of guys to help her and she doesn't really need these ones. Yeah, Sheldon has a lot of fun facts. That's a big reason I love him so much. And his lines are so complex but Jim delivers them flawlessly, which is amazing. The 2nd episode in this video is the first ever appearance of Stuart. Sometimes, it's easy to forget and a little shocking that neither he nor Kripke appeared in season 1. A running gag is that Howard is the least successful man with the ladies (which says a lot because none of the 4 main male characters were good at picking up women) despite the fact that he tries the hardest. Penny tried to tell him what he was doing wrong, but he just didn't listen. Ugh. On the other hand, Leonard should have seen this coming. He knew Howard for long enough to know that Howard isn't good at this. He should never have told Howard to do this for him. Fun fact: Sheldon does go to Las Vegas in later episodes. More than once. I'm not sure how many times, but it's more than once. These are some of my favorite episodes. Season 2 was one of the best seasons

Alicia never returns. Stuart does return... often. Leslie Winkle will return, but not for a long, long time.
