Same happened to me. When i didnt pass my speech and language subject due to my sickness for my cervical pain. But again i sat for the exam , i also read before exam with interpretation and only faith on Allah. Though i could not sleep properly previous night but i got pass mark with good result. Alhamdulillah

As-salamu alaykum Sister, may good tidings be upon you, Allah SWT is the most Merciful the Most Benificial The Most Wise The All Seeing The All Hearing not a seed in the ground nor a bird in the sky nor a creature in the deepest part of the ocean that may be still unknown to mankind but Allah SWT knows it and nourish it He is the one who provides for all of his creatures may it on Earth or his creatures that are roaming in the infinite universe may it be the seen or unseen. As how the universe is infinite the Mercy of Allah SWT is also infinite.
