Maine 9 nov ko ola s1air book ki thi 21nov ko delivery mil gyi uski aur wo bilkul badiya chal rhi hai till date bs ek bar screen lag ho gyi thi wo bhi reboot kra sahi ho gyi waki koi problem nhi hai mst scooter hai Bs thode panall gap hai jisse koi khass problem nhi aati aur range 80-90 km milti hai eco aur normal mode me with 2 people
7.10.23 My s1 air Breakdown at 11am today ,around a hour tried to reboot but not successfully reboot, then i am raised ticket at emergency assistance 1st around 12 which is getting closed by 2pm automatically then I raised 2nd time the issue at around 2.30pm after an hundreds of arguments with our puri ola experience center technician & manager( selfy called that he is a sales manager not a service manager and am not related to our service center only related to sales) finally they refused/ nt to corporate to unlock my handle lock (if they unlock it ,i am atleast tow my scooter by walk to my home),then 100 of call to toll-free once it connected to executive then they arrange tow van under RSA service which is Comes at 10.30PM,now I am parked at ola experience center puri at around 11.50pm Very upset with puri ola experience center staff😔😔😔

Ola is deliver Damage repair scooter I just want to share with you about incident with me , Actually I was booked ola s1X+ on 19th August and delivery time was shows on 8th October but unfortunately the estimated delivery date changed in 5th October is nov 8. So I was cancelled and rebook the Ola S1 Air on same day 5th October in the name of Asma, and same day complete all formalities including loan and down payment and scooter was also dispatched on same day 5th October and insurance also done and after 5 days my scooter was registered but after 18 days gone I am not getting delivery. Every day the ola centre is denied for still we are not received your scooter and in between many scooter is delivered in same model and same color who was booked after me. So as of now I was visited again on center and shouted on him so he said sir your scooter is in damage condition in our stock yard (Mudka-Delhi). So thats why he is not delivered the scooter. He also said he is wait for parts coming from factory. So what can I do right now. If I seen I am loss still now 18 days of insurance and warranty and scooter registration days. The ola experience center is Main wazirabad Road( Bhajanpura) Delhi
