You can, but the finish won’t be as nice as if you had sanded it first.

Im getting ready to seal my table would you use The same product again?

As far as the table goes, the only thing that I would do differently is what I sealed it with….I wouldn’t use the polycrylic again. I’m actually thinking about sanding the sealer off of it and re-doing it because for some reason it turned super sticky and no matter what I clean it with it’s just sticky!! I’m thinking it’s that polycrylic so I would probably research something else to seal it with. The chairs aren’t sticky, it’s just the table so I’m not sure if it’s reacting with the other things I used on the table or what!
