I’m so proud of you for making a course! You deserve all the success. Your authenticity and willingness to pass along valuable information has been greatly appreciated and I hope you know what a difference you have made to other creators . Thank you!
This is 2025's anthem! I've had dozens of business ideas in the last 30 years, and every single one of them has a community point and a substance-based brand, it's critical. I started my first jewelry shop right in the middle of the 2008 recession and got consistent sales right off the bat. Closed in 2016 for personal reasons and people are *still* coming to me to ask when I'm re-opening! Which is this month LOL give 'em what they want!
I built my business to stay away from the 9-5. I spent years with a phone glued to the side of my head (Late 1990's early 2000's). I had a two children to look after. Look after yourself without harming others and "give 'em what they want" :-)
I'm at minute 10 now, and it's honestly people like you who SHOULD be selling courses, not people who just resell MMR courses and have no actual experience doing the work. I'm a former SPED teacher and it's sorta like when all of our rules are built by people who have NEVER taught in a public school classroom. I can't afford yours or Heather's now but I will in the future and people will buy yours BECAUSE you give so much free knowledge and you're trustworthy.
completely agree - there's a lot of Etsy coaches around, but Hannah and Starla Moore are literally the only two I'd pay money to take advice from. Hopefully soon I can afford to do so! 😅
Great video! I like the idea of creating a community because everyone is looking for a place that they feel like they belong. What do you recommend doing if you have multiple niches (nichi?) in your shop that is only cohesive under a large umbrella?
Since I have seen your products for your type of products it may be a little more difficult but I think with the right product additions it could work for you!
Dear Hannah. I do like watching your vids. I think you talk total sense. My business hasn't changed an inch in 6 years because I won't let it. I built it for a steady income that will keep me out of a 9-5 until I retire. That's just my preference though. For others who want to take things further, you are top :-)
Hey Hannah, loved the video! I have a general store that is not doing so well (only 915 sales per 3 yrs). Do you think I should start something new or decide on a niche right before Christmas? and is your course right for me?
Regarding your store, 915 sales over 3 years shows some solid progress, but if you're feeling like it could do better, narrowing down to a niche before the busy Christmas season can definitely help boost your visibility and sales. Having a focused niche can allow you to target specific audiences more effectively, especially during high-traffic periods like the holidays. As for my course, yes, it could definitely help! We cover strategies to optimize general and niche-specific stores, so you'd be well-equipped to make informed decisions about your shop's direction. You can check out my All-in Etsy Bundle here: All-in Bundle. It could give you the tools to take your store to the next level! 😊
@@EcomHannah I see so much success with POD shops that specialize in a wide variety of items, and pump items out constantly. Would this be able to be done in that case scenario? For example, in my shop I’ve begun experimenting with a few niches due to a decrease in sales. Therefore, I have not found my specific niche yet🥲 Love your video, and curious to learn more! Thanks!
