Well, we got a melee attack if you choose a blade skill, but it should feel & sound more impactful, more impressive, imo...anyway they said that they will introduce new characters, so yeah, I hope for a proper gun & blade combo.
~ This title's evolution certainly is displaying itself to be more of a symbiotic relationship between the development team and it's desired clientele, those who provide constructive criticism anyway. It's a worthy first step for my attention and respect. We're actually witnessing what intuition from across the seas and cultures can potentially generate. Those who have already read in~between the lines and latched on to it's potential will assist in carrying the refinement past it's launch... simply through immersion and providing material through our actions. Lookin' forward to being apart of it {state of the world willing}.
I Played the beta on Xbox and it was fun for a while. Too repetitive in a short time, weak enemies, no variants on weapons, lack of special effects for elemental powers, too complicated to unlock descendants... I hope all of this is addressed before lunch, otherwise is going to die quickly.
It funny people not relizing this gane gave us a proper beta and dint release a week after like other games. But actuly imrpoving and tweaking to meet gamers expectations.
People hating on this game is so funny. Game is so fun a d the beta was liked by majority , doesnt matter what you guys say. The devs saw the concerns from beta snd chamged it
Personal opinions...everyone will have their own. I did not enjoy the Beta as it was empty and the mission content was stale and repetitive. I provided my feedback during beta and haven't trashed the game but have been waiting to see how it develops. My personal take was the game needed a LOT of work.
Yeah after I saw how the dev took feedback from players and implemented it in the game for the better, I have the highest respect for them. Even if this game flop , I just want to support this kind of game dev work ethic.
They need to make the movement feel real, not like your gliding across the pavement while walking and crouching. Characters need stronger harder hitting elemental abilities, more environmental interactions, the entity boss fights need better environments instead of a large black pillared area, melee weapons for the unbearable hordes, the list goes on and on
@@KyleModifier upgrade mods don't enhance the visual quality. They still move like sticks and the impact is underwhelming. And I'm sure players have noticed that a fraction of the characters in the game don't perform how they do in the trailers. That's what made ppl want to play. It's was like playing a mobile game on console.
I for one really liked the game so far. I just really hope they address the melee system somehow because it is… well lackluster would even be bragging. And there need to be environments that change everytime you visit them. No matter how they slice the overworld it will become repetitive far to quickly as it is now
Hope it isn't June 😅, perfect would be May since it's my vacations 😂. August would be nice, would have time to finish other games then dive into this one
well, Personally I liked how peacefully it was for a bit, I never liked how there was always fights in destiny 2, one of the many reasons I dislike the game, so yeah, not sure this change will be for the better in my view, we'll see.
Any game that came from S.korea i dont put a lot of faith in. Even though the game looks and plays awesome, the company behind it always get hella greedy and everything end game related is gate kept by some sort of microtransactions, one way or another.
I dont think they understand what we want in the open world. This fix isn’t it. We didn’t want smaller areas so the missions are closer together giving the illusion that there’s more enemies. We want enemies in between the missions. That’s literally all anyone is asking for. Could have stayed the same size. Just gimme a living world with enemies to kill on the way to next mission. Done. They are not listening. This is concerning.
I think the big boss challenges should only be part of the bossing experience. Make hard raids with cool puzzles u have to do shit like that would be awesome not just brainless mob killing like most of the experience was 💀
The melee system is dumpster juice and have us to enter act with the environment more also needed more people and monster to fight and don't forget to make it feel alive like more birds and deer like creatures or something just throwing that out there we need a weather system as well an treasure chests is need to be place around the world so it can reward the players for exploring and everytime we go in a dungeon or open world map just make it change up so we don't get tired of seeing the same thing and please make the skills to the character's look better something like aoe skills for example like a blizzard Strom the ice shards hitting the enemies in a wide circle or something 😀 😊
Take the lost sector idea from destiny weather effects from hell divers have random roaming hoards have random world puzzles take outposts from any ubisoft game and add a twist
Forget the open world. The characters power sets were the big issue i had. Very little synergy within powersets outside of bunny really. Most kits felt very lacking. I struggle to put my finger directly on the issue i have with the kits so ill just say synrrgy for now.
The kits have mods that can supposedly greatly change abilities. For example the wall for the tank character can become mobilized, wider, increase bullet damage passing through etc. You help make synergies for yourself.
@@Flourikum Yes I know about the mods. I had all of them that was available during the betas. They didn't really do much for most of the cast. For example, bunny had a mod that turned I believe her alt into a big fat laser beam. Not only was that, for example non-synergistic it was flat out outlandish when stacked against the rest of her kit. Speaking about that same mod, it also bred a very toxic meta build for the hardest boss in the beta. I understand most people didn't actually get to experience that boss because they were having trouble with the first one I believe or it could have been the second one. I can't quite remember which one was keeping people from progressing. But yeah, the mods didn't really change my opinion of the kits overall.
Just to counter my own point in case folks are feeling some kind of way. About my opinion of this, I can't remember her name but the water chick with the helmet on, I thought her kit was actually quite synergistic and fantastic. Fantastic. With most of her skills. Having some use that allowed her to work around it and work around itself. Also the vampire lady kid although a little bit basic maybe was also fairly synergistic.
I loved playing a lot of the characters and they felt strong with the right modules. I loved Freys with her poison kit. Ajax and the blizzard chick were fun too.
That’s great news! them filling in more of the areas with enemies, hidden loot etc, to offer a more seamless experience 👍 hopefully we get another beta before launch thanks for the update video 🫡
@@bio400 I never played helldiver 2. I don't buy games, so don't you worry about my little heart. Seriously, why even bother to reply to my comment with that garbage?
I so cannot wait for this game! I love 3rd person shooters and was really hoping for something like this to come out since Anthem and it did! I'm ready to give ya my money! I can't wait for this! Demo was amazing!
I'd suggest waiting a little bit, nexon can be scummy at times. But I love that your really pumped cause I'm pumped too:) just ya know you wouldn't want to waste your money
From the gameplay, is it me or do the enemies look like push-overs/weak? For those that have played the beta, are the enemies weak and can you adjust the difficulty of them?
@@garfusso Gotcha. The enemies remind me a lot of the ones in Anthem. Just mob-like enemies that don’t do a lot of outright dmg individually, but the density of them is what gets you. Then, you’ll have one or two elite-type enemies thrown in the mix to keep you on your toes. I see the game as Warframe+Destiny with a sprinkle of Anthem.
There’s no RNG in the game, right? Meaning, to earn ‘X’ you just have to do/farm ‘X’ ? It’s not a system where you might not get something you’re after and have to do it 50 times in hopes of getting it…
I was so hyped for this game until Helldivers came out. I’m so occupied with that, I don’t know if I’ll have time for another live service game. I remember playing the beta and really enjoying it. I also remember them giving the release window and people being frustrated for how far out it was. Gotta be quick now a days, people move on. Especially with how much content there is out there
Wrong. People need to stop complaining. Look at how many games that had a "beta" and release a week in a state of garbage. The dev provided a proper beta 👏 and is working in improving the game. Not some fake beta demo.
On console the graphic lookt blend.. i wasn't surprised by it. Plus i feelt that the game and story wasn't overall it felt like a cheap warframe. But when it comes out i try it ... Its free achievement points so 😅😜 Maybe the devs make me change my mind at that time.
@@3rdEyeMangekyoRinnegan i think we're pretty much covered on roles/classes and everything else. If you mean diversity as in a sex preference or skin colors... don't waste our time. Not needed nor wanted and I'm mexican btw so don't even go there.
@@avery14rj83 so because my opinion differs from yours means I didn't play the beta for the 2+hrs with the starter character that generates shields and melee that has a cooldown like it says on my profile ? Some of you "gamers" are really DL fascists.
