NEW OPTREL WELDING HELMET AND THE STORY BEHIND THEM ALL 

Hey Joe, my main issue with this hood and the one thats kept me from buying it is the battery, Its not replaceable they say it only has 300 to 500 charge cycles of life after that you have a paperweight, from reading about and talking to a couple of lads that have used them. Great optics for sure no doubt. But if your welding daily like your a professional welder the battery will likely die after 1 to 3 years theres an exemption in the Warranty for the battery, its only 6 months or 1 year if you register online, VS 2 year and 3 year if registered online.

What the name of the small mask, that's a nice handy little size for tight spots. Are you back in Ireland these days?
