Perfect review. Thank you very much. My order arrived today. I ordered the Emperor EDP and the Emperor Extrait. I sprayed the Extrait on my left hand and the EDP on my right hand. I can't tell any difference at all. Both scents actually remind me of my Aventus from 2016. Nice pineapple front followed by a creaminess and a subtle smokiness. I'm curious to see how the durability affects both scents. So far I'm very happy with the purchase. However, not with UPS shipping in Germany. :)
I said this before but creed need to learn how to clone aventus too , finally have some consistent batchs 😂 how are these companies more consistent than creed?
Apparently due to the "natural ingredients" Creed uses. So performance per batch depends on how well the herbs and spices, that makeup the notes, grew that season.
@@jkyle0816 Normally I'd agree with that kind of logic and reason. But people have been making comparison videos of 2015-2016 Creed compared to 2017-2018 Creed and you can see the color change in all of them. The original Creed has a green tint and the new watered down bullshit Creed is straight clear. Creed is just bullshitting their customers.
@@YoungGunn3r94 Those older bottles were clear when they were released. The color/tint doesn't come till 3+ years of aging. We are seeing that happen right now with 2017 batches. They were all crystal clear in 2017 and now in 2021 they have that green tint. Also, if tint was a indication of how strong they are then why are all the 2010-2013 bottles still crystal clear still today? and we all know that 2010-2013 batches are crazy strong.
Gave it a full wearing today. I applied 6 sprays at 6am and when I got home at 730 my girlfriend said it was still strong. Like with Aventus I couldn’t smell it most of the day but it’s proven to be a very long lasting scent. The first 3 hours I was getting wafts. Dallas is right , this smells like an Aventus extreme.
Finally! I got a sample of Extrait Emperor in early February and it performed very well for the time of year and far better than my 2017 Aventus which simply hasn't been up to par.I sold my 2017 Aventus a few days ago and have been very frustrated with the price hikes of the 2015 Aventus being $40. I'm more than happy to get the Extrait for $160

I just got a bottle of 2918 aventus for 225. Never owned a bottle so I felt it was my opportunity to do so without paying an obscene amount. THat said my next purchase will be either emperor extrait or the regular version. I own the vast majority of the pineapple vintage line and love them all. Great review
I have a Jan 2019 batch of Aventus (8K11) and I think it’s fantastic in longevity. The balance of fresh/fruity/smokey is to die for. I smell it the next day as well. I washed it off at like 16-17 hours. Only two half ass sprays to the neck
18B11 is definetly the best batch from last year imo. Its dark, but beautiful. Ive gotten some crazy compliments from it. Ive been wearing CDINM 18 and I love it. Its get the job done & great compliments
Tried both Emperor and Emperor Extract. Both smell great, but Emperor worked better off my skin, even better than Aventus did. So made the dive to purchase the 50 ml and well worth it.
My Extrait 50ml is top notch, ordered a few weeks ago. Compared to Aventus 20A01N beats on any level Longevity, Projection and Performance, also tested on friend blind test he picked Emperor as stronger and nicer.
I just got Emperor EDP in the mail yesterday....my wife and I were in the check out line at Walmart and a lady walked up to her and said "I'm sorry to bother you but I have to ask....what is your husband wearing, he smells wonderful". She said she walked around until she could find where the scent was coming from LOL.I went nose blind to it but the compliments just kept coming throughout the day! I liked Emporer so much I just bought a back up bottle with the code,thanks Dallas😊
@@Longshore79 I got the EDP version..... it is a compliment monster and when I smell this next to my bottle of creed aventus batch 17yo1 I cannot tell a difference at all! The performance is so much better with emperor.

I blind bought the extrait today , being a huge fan of Aventus pineapple vintage intense has actually gotten me more compliments. If extrait is a denser Version I’ll be happy with my purchase
My signature scent. I always have 100ml of Emperor Extrait AND 100ml of Emperor EDP. I spray the extrait once on my neck and the edp twice on my clothes, one on each shoulder. So I get the projection and longevity of both ;)
Nice bro. I spray EDP once behind my Right ear/neck, and once in my Left inner elbow/forearm, and one spray of Extrait behind my left ear/neck, and once in my Right inner elbow/forearm. It’s the perfect balance for me. Longevity, projection, yet not cloying or overbearing at all. Plus the EDP being brighter than the Extrait really rounds it off. There’s a depth and richness to this layering. Try it.
Parfums Vintage nailed it with this one. This is a spot on duplication of Creed Aventus. I got my bottle a few days ago (50ml EDP) and this is the Aventus I remember from 2015. Thinking of getting a 100ml back-up pretty soon.

The idea that fragrances are undergoing different chemistry when applied on different peoples skin is wildly overstated. Unless you have some medical issues that are causing you to have some really atypical shit going on, it's all gonna smell how it smells.
What’s wild is I have a 17Y01 batch and it definitely has the greenish tint to it. Maybe that’s a good batch? I’ve never gotten my nose on older batches so I can’t say how it would compare to others. Smells good to me tho !

If you want a more prominent pineapple minus the woody smokey vibes, go for vintage intense. If you want a more balanced smokey vibe similar to earliest batches of Aventus, go for Emperor extrait /edp.
Where did you find the information about the quality of the ingredients? I haven't been able to find any company information or anything. If they are doing things that are better for me I want to read or hear about it. BTW...Thanks for the illustration about the differences of the batches, very much appreciated.
Thanks for this, very concise review. I just bought the 8ml decant of emperor extrait from parfums vintage last night to give it a trial run. Coming from a CDNIM perspective, I may start off with 1 spray of this, because if it is as beast-mode as CDNIM then 2-3 sprays might send people in the opposite direction.

I purchased a bottle of emperor edp and the liquid is more clear and doesn’t have that yellow tint... also I feel like the performance/longevity isn’t very good but I’m not sure if I’m just nose blind to the smell
Mine is the same way as well (clearer and doesn't perform/last as long). I I got my Emperor EDP last month. Have you noticed any better performance and longevity since you've gotten it Dennis? Some people have told me that I need to let it sit for awhile and macerate, and then it will perform better.
Mine smells slightly different than the sample I received. The juice in your video also appears much more golden than the bottle I have. What do you think about that?

I have had a bottle of emperor EDP for just over a year now. Absolutely love it. But i have just noticed that the fragrance colour has turned from the yellowish hue when i first got it, to a an almost completely clear liquid...Any ideas why/what this could be?

I dont understand why Creed upped their prices and watered down their perfumes. Blows my mind. I had a sample of Silver Mountain water from 2016 that was BEAST MODE. I got a 30ml decant from a fresh bottle and it doesn't last near as long. Maybe it needs to cure a bit but time will tell. I think I will look for older bottles.

I got my bottle on Monday and to be honest I’m kinda disappointed, from all the reviews I watched and read I was expecting something better!! I’ll just stick with the real deal from now on , I also got the rush of unicorn and was pretty disappointed with it as well. Maybe I'm crazy or a novice or something but I just got the sample pack from parfums vintage and I swear emperor is like a skin scent after an hour for me. Could be crazy like I said but if it's actually like this why would I ever buy a full bottle and heaven forbid creed is like this haha
you probably are going nose blind. I have about 50 bottles of PV that I have ought since 2019 and they all perform beastly. I get compliments 12 hours after I spray, My 2013 bottle of aventus is good but not as good as PV in performance.
I ordered the extrait. It smells exactly the same, except it has ZERO longevity on my skin. I'm stuck as to try the other but I feel as though they might chemically be nearly the same and Emperor might be lighter or it could smell better on my skin. Not sure if Aventus is the way to go or should I chance Emperor?
I like Tiziana Terenzi - Orion for my 'luxury Aventus clone.' It has nuclear performance and goes for like $100 on fragrancenet for 100ml when in stock but it always sells out. It's hard to beat the king though, not sure if anyone really does - it all comes down to personal taste ultimately.

Of course 100mL extrait is out of stock until April, surely until after the coupon expires 👎🏼 I did get a 50 mL but that’s not as good of a deal as the 100 mL ...
