Your a mom like me. I made every birthday cake myself, from Cinderella to Harry Potter and lots in between. It's fun to have a theme and get it all ready for them. The kids love it. You make everything looks so easy even with having the children help. Consider yourself the birthday fairy, if you are doing this late at night. It's definitely a peaceful time to get details ready. Wonderful job!

Using the paddle attachment would help with the icing. The whip puts too much air in too fast. Also, cream the butter for like 3 mins, or until it's light and fluffy before you add the powdered sugar. 😊

If your icing is too stiff, just add a little milk or cream at a time until it’s the right consistency. Super easy fix. 😊 your cake is adorable!

We just had my sons 9th birthday SuperMario themed on January 20th. I would have loved to see this before then. You did such a cute and fun party. Loved this.

You need a turntable. Makes it 10x easier. Also if your frosting is too thick just add a little water and re mix. Cover cake with crumb coat and throw in the freezer, then frost it. When you roll the fondant roll it all the way over the rolling pin, don't let it hang thats what causes cracks 💕

You totally don’t have to buy a cake leveler, you can do it so much easier with a piece of floss. Just make a starting cut and pull it through to the other side!! Works every time 😁

Walmart has a great variety of cake supplies! More liquid to loosen your icing and whipping it well before use is a good trick too! I always make most fondant decor ahead of time and use colored frosting as the base! Love your content!

A little tip with the balloons so it won't hurt your fingers blow up 2 balloons at the same time and tie the necks together as if you are tying a shoe. It won't rub against your skin. Try it for your baby birthday in August!

I’m not sure if you’ll see this since this video is about 4 months old but, when your frosting is too thick you can add 1tbs of heavy cream until it’s the consistency you like

Tie your balloons 2 together it’ll cut your tying time in half and save your fingers!!

Your cake looks great! My mother used to make powdered sugar icing. When her icing was too stiff she would add small amounts of hot water to thin it.

If you want your fondant to crack less then make sure your cake base is very smooth. A way to cheat is to use hot water to smooth Icing on cake before applying your fondant.

Hi Tiffany! my daughter is graduating high school this June,Im in the middle of planning her graduation lunch for family here at my house.I say lunch because her graduation is at night. When I cant think of how to do something regarding the lunch I say to myself is"What would Tiffany do?" So far its working!
