The lifesteal talent is sooooo underated. Guess what item got nerfed?: manta. What is its replacement? : S&Y. What does S&Y do? : amps lifesteal. She becomes so tanky.

Blademail SnY heart aghs bloodstone is my go to on bloodseeker. His biggest weakness is being bursted early in fights. BM slightly helps farm speed and dissuades people from going on you, Sny is the speed damage and survivability to kite in and out, heart makes you near unkillable and the aghs says, “I win a long fight now.” Bloodstone is just the slap in the face and you never go below 50% barrier rest of game.

If you have a shroud heart and blood stone you can just keep your aghs toggle on and have infinite mana as well as super high magic resistance and a lot of damage. My go to build is bm into sy then aghs or bkb depending on how the game is going after I have aghs I buy kaya and then change it into KY and halberd then tarasque

That's apparently how people are building him. BS is a hero who loves long fights. So as long as he manages to utilise his bkb duration, he should be just tick people down with aghs radiance.

The problem is that supports are still squishy even with the extra hp, and you are typically spamming your spells so you can’t afford to decrease your mana pool. That’s why supports typically get items that give mana regen, cast range and move speed… as positioning + spell casting are your priorities. This item is just bad on support heroes. I could *maybe* see it being useful on a hero like centaur who benefits a lot from an extra 20% hp.. but even then, he’d still prefer armour, hp regen or movespeed items.

you don't gain 20% max HP, the 20% max mana that you lost gets turned into max HP. if you have 2000 HP and 500 mana you lose 100 mana to gain 100 HP, not 400 HP. so the heroes that want to use it to tank up need to have high mana to actually gain decent HP, which they usually dont (e.g. heroes like centaur, axe or primal)and heroes that want to gain mana don't want to be losing 20% of their HP when there are items that give you mana without making you easier to kill. e.g. ceremonial robe or dandelion amulet for someone like OD. if you're playing a typical int support that's going to lose mana to gain more HP then there's other items in the same tier (ogre seal totem, defiant shell, craggy coat) that are going to be better in most situations that also don't reduce your ability to cast spells in long fights. it just isn't good enough, I can't think of a single hero where doubloon is your first choice. I've taken it a few times on core wyvern because she actually has a large enough mana pool to turn into a noticeable amount of HP, but mainly because mana regen is more important than pool on her, and only if there wasn't any better options and if I had grove bow as my t2 I'd probably keep that instead.

@@shylo6477 when you toggle it, it swaps a % of your hp with your mana and vice-versa. It can give str heroes a bigger mana bar & better mana regen and they should NOT have either of those things. overall 6/10

Previous months had this issues try to reinstall dota2 issues still persist forgot that my installation dir was set to my hdd i changed it to my ssd, issues solved till today. Dota2 might be needed to be installed now in ssd to avoid some issues maybe it now needs to be on ssd due to so many updates was integrated to the game for years and the game is now not really optimized and the game needs faster drive to read and write to keep up

its not even generic, everlasting only on two items, gem and rapier. its a unique item in mobas or all of multiplayer games in that it has insane damage buffs with big risk
