MODI Government gas launched a New Pension Scheme UPS in which govt contribution is 18.5%. Here the employee will get 50% of their deposite at once after the retirement if they serve for 25 years. Then they will get the pension amount , half of the last basic pay . But if they serve less than 25 years and more than 10 years, then they will get on Rs 10,000.
