Kayaking/canoeing looks like great fun. I hope to do some soon since I'm actually away from the Arizona desert, working as a Naturalist in Alaska for the season, and there's a beautiful glassy clear lake nearby. Gimbals always mess me up too. It's a lot to figure out, and I'm usually okay with a lower budget look 😂 rather than trying to figure it out. But you've got professional documentaries to make. And you need some smooth footage that's going to go well with the drone footage you already have. I think that'll look great!! 👍 Excited to see what you've come up with for some radical underwatery footage 👀🌊 Great work!

Another very interesting video. It going to be interesting to see how you get on with the gimbal. If you can master it, it will help to bring more types of footage. As a kayaker one minor suggestion - move the splash protectors on the paddles further towards the centre of the blade so if you inadvertently dip the blades too deep the rings stay out of the water, and you don't get too much water on your hands. I also rub a little surf board wax between my thumb and first finger to prevent any chafing. But then the water is always very cold here in Shetland, so I often have to use gloves anyway.

Fascinated to see what you are doing with the PVC plastic. Would love to see a dedicated video of how you go about planning, designing and then constructing a prototype for your custom brackets. Looks like a great job on the bracket you did for the side of the gimbal and also for the bracket on the canoe. Brilliant! Hope you are over your cold soon and fighting fit again!
