For sure, a lot of what's going on with the Luofu (and Dan Heng) is covered in Luocha/Bailu/Jingliu's character quests, and if you skip them you've missed half the story.
@@zorasoraa Seriously. Do take your time. Especially since a breakneck pace will make your experience measurably worse. Some of the Sidequests, especially those related to characters are even story tangentiant. So ignore those who hurry you towards penacony. While it is a sight to see, you have all the time in the world. I highly recommend to enjoy the event quests as well as charcter quests and even some random stuff. There is so much more to experience if you take it slowly. Among your questlog there is also a feature that shows you roughly when what belongs to where. That might be helpful :)
ppl really downvote Bailu cus she can´t dispell (ofc who will be insane to not bring a dispeller when needed)....but she is really good if you raise her well....mine only heals with her ult and vigoration buff
An absolute blast to watch! It's so fitting that the Bailu (New high elder of the Vidyadhara), Jing Yuan (General of the Xianshou), and Dan Heng in his Imbibitor Lunae form were the ones to take her down. If I talk to anyone who thinks Bailu isn't amazing, I'm linking them this video. She was my first 5 star and I still use her to this day for intense content like Memory of Chaos and Pure Fiction!
No one disputes Bailu's sustain. In terms of pure healing she's still among the best. I'm pretty sure maxed out Bailu can even heal a party through Sam's bullshit. The problem is that meta mostly demands more than pure sustain. Every mfer these days CC's or DoT's your characters and Hoyo in their infinite wisdom didn't give dragon girl any cleanses. Like, not even in eidolons or her sig. feelsbadman
I told everyone the truth on the gift giving part, each character you talk to is very sad but instead of mourning heavily they celebrate her life (especially the tea house), thanking you for bringing them the stuff you bring.
Before you proceed to Penacony you should do Dan Heng and Jingliu's companion missions! They give more closure and tease the continuation of the Xianzhou arc down the line
before you go to Penacony, I highly recommend doing the 2nd part of the Herta Space Station Continuance Quest (Mundane Troubles) as well as Belobog's Continuance Quest (Future Market) to add some extra context for things in the Penacony story
she start off sitting in a kneeling position, then a layback position, than a stood up position in the final phase.. yes she has legs under the clouds, you can see it when using certain ulti.
That cutscene and song will never not give me chills..... I love that moment so much.... Imbibitor Lunae is one of my favorite characters in this. I also love Jing Yuan so much that I fully leveled/activated his Traces first before everyone else I have. I'm now working on the rest....
Ah, PS, glad to see you enjoying the game! I just started on the newest region myself, and seeing other people experience the game rekindles my own wavering enjoyment of the game..
The leaders of the Luofu pulled that boss fight back from the dead, whew. Seems appropriate that Jing Yuan, Bailu and Dan Heng were the only ones left, seeing as they're the only ones who'd have clearance to actually *be* there in the first place
