I’ve been waiting for someone to upload a video about this wallet! Sadly I already got it because I wanted it so bad, but the magnets are the best in a MagSafe wallet so far, even the moft wallet.
Got one of these MagSafe pop wallets and the pop socket on my 13 mini caseless. The magnets are way stronger on the 13 this year. It’s very secure, either one is NOT coming off unless you pull it off.
I'm glad you're reviewing this! I watched your PopWallet+ Review and made me decide to get one. I love it because I can just bring my phone to drive around. I also accidentally left my actual wallet at my boyfriend's place one time. I told him that I didn't need to get it immediately because I have my credit cards and license with me
I’m one of the ones that wanted to know about using without a case. Against the rules. Who does pop socket think they are, telling me how to use my wallet and phone.
Do you still use it? Did the rubber/silicone(?) coating at the back peel off? Cuz the magnet on mine is showing a bump after just popping the magwallet on and off my phone case :((
Just found this channel cause I was looking for reviews for this wallet. I bought the apple version and boy it’s not strong at all and it’s terrifying. So hopefully this Popsocket wallet did it better and can’t wait to get mine soon!
Thank you for this review! I was just about to buy the MagSafe pop wallet having just a standard phone case. With the standard pop wallet I can still use a wireless charger (with the wallet off). I think I may stick with this route until I get a MagSafe case.
i ordered two of the regular popwallet+ during black friday, cuz of the case i wanted them for isn’t magsafe. but they’re both great, love them! so easy and so convenient.
Just got it for the 13PM does not go good with 3 flat cards and mine flings off when you push up. The magnets are pretty strong with the official leather case though. Guess you could pull it off then take out the cards which is annoying and not as convenient.
I don’t understand why pop socket say not to use it without a case? I’ve got the non wallet one and it’s just as strong on the phones magnets as it is on the cases? Maybe the wallet one isn’t as magnet or the 13 pro/max the frosted coating makes it stick better.
I got the encased wallet from Amazon for under $14 and it works like a charm. Only down fall is popsocket not included. I love it since my wallet can be so bulky I carry two bank cards and my license. I can add another card if necessary.
I wonder if it will double charge using apple pay, if i have the cards in the holder then scan my phone… and also why would i need my cards in here if i have apple pay in the first place
Im kinda interested in the magsafe popgrip but tbh ive never used the magsafe feature on my iPhone 12, i already habe a nice wireles charger and i also use the otterbox popsockets case!
Dude I just got one for my s23 ultra yesterday. Works awesome 👌🏻 the magnet 🧲 is so strong it doesn't fall off no matter how hard I try to shake it off! Great purchase for sure. Doesn't come of when I take it in and out of my pocket either!
What in the hell. I've had the pop wallet,2 of them and it was amazing. But having magsafe is on a other level. I'm now looking into getting one. Specially for my android.
I haven’t tried it myself but I know the magnets on the cases are much stronger then what’s on the current phones by themselves. The magnet on the wallet is super strong too
Does not work. I have the otter box MagSafe and am returning my popsocket wallet bc it will not hold. Very disappointed. Popsocket won’t publish my review.
So by the looks of if I have the PopMount in my car and the Magsafe case on my phone the PopWallet+ MagSafe should be strong enough to hold if there are vibrations in the car or sudden shifts? (Context: I've a delivery driver so I have to drive over a lot of rutted dirt roads and potholes)
why have a mag safe mount in your car though? Apple CarPlay and Android auto allows you to just throw it in your console. Dash mounts are obsolete now.

Dude you’re not even opening the pocket up enough for the width of the two components to slide by, that’s ridiculous, you could have a brick attached to the back of your iPhone and if you don’t open the pocket enough it’s not gonna slide in, lol, what kind of logic is that? It’s obviously going to snag because it juts out from the surface of the phone - anything that juts out from the surface of the phone is a vertical layer that will butt up against the jean pocket edge.
It is on the 13 phones now because the camera bumps are so much larger! I plan on making an update video to this and I’ll make sure to show myself removing and placing the cards in the case!
Bro, just stick a regular popsocket to a metal plate, preferably to a large rectangle one. Voila, you have a magsafe popsocket without that thick layer of useless 2 card wallet, all for less than 5$. If you still want a wallet buy a cheap one that you like, stick a popsocket to wallet, and metal plate to other side of the wallet, magsafe popwallet cost: 10-15 $.
