@@skeltonbaking As far as I know, Primordial Malzeno can still use the dragon element, it just doesn't as it's not a large part of it's fighting style.
@@skeltonbaking he did keep it. he just has to enter Bloodlust mode to use it. and this turf war shows that he can use it anytime... i think Primordial Malzeno just chooses not to use it, normally.
Would be cool for a turf war when primordial is in it final phase like a epic clash of apex and risen Scorned being a variant while primordial being a variant but actually is a true origin species is very awsome.
@@multilink1748 i would say Pm considered velk more dangerous, as it used its wing to defend from the velk attacks, while it effortlessly dodged all mag attack
How did velkhana do better than Scorned Magnamalo? Primordial Malzeno demolished Velkhana but failed to land a single good hit on Scorned and simply stalemated him. Scorned and Primordial went even the entire fight but Velkhana who got comboed did somehow better?
There are already a lot of non elders that have already been designated as "Elder Dragon-level" threats, like Deviljho, Rajang and Bazelguese, which they are able to turf war with Elders, Magnamalo is counted as one too.
This is the reason why I hate Magnamalo. Compared to other flagship, the devs are trying so hard to make that piece of shit more than what he is: a mascot. They should've just made an Elder Dragon mascot for Rise so that these bullshit could've been excused.
They are trying so hard to make Magnamalo that relevant among the Elders and it's annoying me. None of the other non-elder flagship had this much bullshit.
I mean they add overpowered rare species or variants for other flagships for some of them it's goofy but for others it's pretty cool in magnamalos case scorned is pretty cool but regular magnamalo tying with velkhana is goofy
Rajang ties with Savage Deviljho. Frostfang ties with Legiana. Rajang gets a good fight against Ruiner, the only real predator of Shara Ishvalda. Magnamalo and Scorned tie with Velkhana. Right now, a lot of subspecies and variants don't have a lot of turf wars where one should just overpower the other. Magnamalo is also a Monster that is Elder Dragon Level Gang with being a Elder Dragon with Deviljho, Bazelgeuse, Rajang.
First, it's partially recycled from the Malzeno vs Scorned Magna turf war. Second, it's a Dragon-element beam (you get Dragonblight if you're hit by it). Dragon element is likely very costly energy-wise to produce in its body, so Primordial normally saves it for opponents that it sees as a serious threat. The Qurio, meanwhile, power it up so it employs the beam more frequently.
Technically according to the lore. Primordial Malzeno is the OG one whilst the afflicted one we had was the sub - species so technically it's sub - species (Scorned Magnamalo) vs OG Flagship Monster (a.k.a Primordial Malzeno)
@@sonraonofficial631 Primordial Malzeno is also a much older individual, too. Think like Silverwind Nargacuga, except now it's strong enough to resist Qurio instead of going straight into symbiosis.
I like how velkhanna ties with normal malzeno but gets smacked by primordial, meanwhile scorned ties with both Unlike most re-used animation turf wars I think this one makes sense, here we see malzeno un-enraged which allows him to focus on parrying and dodging rather that rushing in recklessly, essentially using the skill that primordial has because the quiro aren’t doing anything, meanwhile primordial’s strategy of block and punish wouldn’t work against a monster who loves to be in close range as much as magna, so he has to resort to a tactic he isn’t used to and is pressed to use the quiro energy beam
