Today we are traveling down the Bayou for the very first Cast Member preview of Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Magic Kingdom's brand new ride based on Disney's Princess & The Frog! This ride seems so empty compared to song of the south. :< Missed opportunity with the drop not to do a Facilier section too "Are you ready?" And don't tell me "it doesn't fit the timeline" We know Disney could have done something to make it work. I think the Mama Odie "The bigger you are the bigger the splash you'll make at the party" is super lame in comparison for the big drop.

I do agree on the missed opportunity with Facilier. Overall, I do wish they would have gone with a “retelling” of the story rather than a sequel to the movie, so that you could have scenes like that. I guess one way I look at it though is for families with young kids, it gets rid of building up the drop to be scary, so I can get why that can be looked at by a positive for some. I can totally see your point of view though. Thanks for watching!

Okay, so maybe there are a few sections of the ride that look a little empty, but that's such an easy fix. The whole story is Tianas searching for a band right ? Just space them out better so Tiana finds them later.

The ride does look really good not going to lie. But its gonna be hard for tianas bayou adventure to win people over because Splash Mountain has been around for so long. I think it will win people over at some point just not right away.

I know… I grew up pm Splash and have a strong attachment, but at a certain point I have to just accept it and enjoy what they put it. I really did enjoy it and think families are going to love it.
