This video I’ll give you a daily update of what’s going on at RLS Exhaust and I show you the new product available for your Can-Am, Spyder, RT or F3 touring this is the new Echo series. The exhaust is featured on a bike with a cat delete so you will hear it to be a little louder then with your factory set up you can find this at rlsexhaust.com.

I run a RLS Cat Delete with baffle and the RLS Crusher on my Can Am Spyder RT. I like the sound but wife thinks it is to loud. I am thinking of selling my Crusher and buying this new Echo. It sounds so Harley like. Rick I think you have a winner with this new design.

I went from the Crusher to the new Echo. That's my F3 in the video. It's got a great depth and tone at low speeds and really sings at high revs, but it's not nearly as aggressive as the Crusher. I'm very pleased with it.

I have stock f3t muffler with straight cat delete, i notice is a little raspy, not noisy but have a lot of drone noise at over 70mph after the cat delete , i took of my c3 pro helmet and did some testing and drone was gone.dont want to replace my new helmet, will this echo and your cat delete have that drone noise?

I don’t want to lie I really don’t no . But my cat delete is the quietest option with the deepest tone and the echo series is my Quietest option for your bike .

Please more sound videos on the Echo exhaust on an RT especially with RLS Cat Delete and baffle in. Another is what does the inside of the Echo look like. Is it one large glass pack with an extra exit hole? Why is it so quiet? Inquiring minds want to know. Rick you make the very best products and your customer service is fantastic. My Crusher had a small flange fitting problem and you took very good care of the issue. Thanks

Yes, it does have one large baffle down through the core of the exhaust and the reason it’s quieter is because of the two small, exiting holes the smaller exiting hole creates more back pressure and it also allows that exhaust packing inside to absorb some of the sound vibrations, and because the wall of the muffler body is thicker it also keeps it quieter. Thinner material tends to be higher pitch Sound thicker material is better about holding the sound vibrations in the muffler body and allowing the exhaust packing to absorb them.
