To get the skin you only need to get the “Chip” from the “prototype”. In Chapter 10 - Mall: Bot mode (SPECIFICALLY BOT MODE), you must active the prototype by touching it inside in bank (Where the last gold coin is located, YES you have to dodge the laser) then you must get the gun and shoot at the Prototype, note that Robby still hunt you down. After shooting at the Prototype (You only need to shoot it once), you must go behind it and take the chip that is located behind under the Prototype THEN you MUST escape with the chip in you inventory. (Idk if many people can get it in just one game so im assuming that only one person can get it). After winning with the chip, you will hear a Ching-Ching sound and then you are awarded with the Prototype skin (You can do this in Private Server with your friends to make it easier) Sorry creators for explaining it just got into my skin 😢
