As much as getting growth speed doubled would be nice that doesn’t mean you would get more marks…you would just arrive to adult stage faster with less marks. Having the most skills at adult is more important than being an adult who can’t attack/defend itself. I play on only officials and I have about 10 adults, it’s not that hard to reach adult. I
You just gotta stick to the game you can get a double growth boost when you log in home caves for a hour, you can get a total of one quarter and if you have enough knowledge you can easy get one whole quarter growth from a few Poi's
I really hope they fix Spino's swimming animation while precise movement is active. It currently uses the idle animation for it, making it swim silently and the animation for swimming plays *extremely* slowly.
I hope with the charge fixes, they also make it so charging at a short range doesn’t use up/cost as much stam. As for the glare changes, I’m happy to hear that. Water combat is very rough when you’re trying to fight while half blind.
at some point I hope they do a sound design update, it's something that adds so much to the feel of a game, PoT's sound design has always been pretty lacking, you can't tell where sounds are coming from with other players and the background sound of the world around you is lifeless.
The underwater scenes look great! Very pretty and clear, I don't feel like I have to squint my eyes to make out what is the distance. Glad to see Sarco get some love as well. Kinda sad that Iggy's debuff has stayed. But perhaps they are planning something in the future for it. I will have to play Iggy's new stats and experiment with it.
I hope they soon rework the Spinosaurus, not only does its model not look good but it is a dull dinosaur in the game, I mean it is top in pvp but it doesn't even have 1 unique or special ability, it's like a mod made with default skills
If only the upgrade to Unreal Engine 5.3 (first they went from 4 to 5 correct?) would bring with it immense visual upgrades, like nanite, lumen, much better textures and geometry, like we see in UE5 games/demos.. But hotpatching and some performance improvements is also good I guess.
@WingedFish66 was it though? Spinosaurus isn't supposed to be a bleeder. It sits in front of its opponents (on land or underwater) and beats the fuck out of them with average damage and stonewall health, does the job fine rn I'd say

I Love anything but the charge and ano hunker stuff, i feel like it would be cool if they kept the knockback thing with hunker, cause if someone literally pushes you, then its hard to stay hunkered.
True, plus it just makes ano more invincible unless its getting mobbed by some insane mixpack, imo for gameplay reasons ano should have a couple weaknesses, or they should at least fix its aoe back to what it was, its super weird right now
I think a overall stamina increase to all Dino’s would be a nice quality of life improvement since it would help travel while keeping the same dynamic between all Dino’s A 50-60% increase to all Dino’s stamina would be nice

I think ano getting knocked back by heavy kb (full charge pycno) would be fine. Pachy shouldn’t be able to knock ano out of hunker bc it would literally break its skull by ramming into something as bulky as ano. Pycno is bigger and heavier, so I think a full charge from it makes sense. On that same note, sarco shouldn’t be able to pick up a sub/adult ano, imo. It looks like ano would break the poor sarco’s jaws due to its weight alone… Same goes for kentro, something that spiky would likely not be something a croc would want to impale themselves on.
The need to change pounce stam drain or something 1 raptor shouldn’t be able to pounce a hatz and kill it. There is no way to buck off a raptor with hatz before it kills you.
@@HammboneBob what trees do you speak of ? Glitching into a tree to stand on it? You still have to land and quest the take off time is longer than thala so leaves you vulnerable to raptors as they are quick. There isn’t a biome of trees to just hide in and I’m sure the developer didn’t intend everyone to just sit in the tree mesh all day. They will eventually nerf raptor pounce m or give hatz slick ability they are constantly updating and tweaking Dino’s.
They aren't. Carnivores are getting fixed so herbies can stop killing adult carnies as Adolscets. It's a good change. Like with the sty bby clutch where they can hit ya 5 times with 1 head butt it fully bleedsout a rex. Not fun..
@@theoofer478 Carnivores have also been getting many abilities removed and stats decreased, as well as the abilities they already have being changed. For example venom is now useless.

As a offical server player mind u i cant play customs due to the dowloading of mods is too much for my switch. So can we get more exp for missons, also why arent we able to do a 100% completion of tasks in area as a solo player.
In the fixed stamina regen you had deinonychus as a 1.6 in both the before and after, I'm assuming this means you couldn't get the actual numbers. Do you have any idea whether it's being increased or decreased?
Im assuming the numbers were extremely small, as i went onto both branches to get the stat changes, perhaps it woulda been better to get a proper timescale instead
Worse update is underwater. I'm not someone who gets sea sick or air sick and I can read on the train and car for a bit. But this has made it impossible for me to play underwater, I feel nauseous when playing and swimming underwater, its too strong and just makes me not want to play semi/aqautics if this comes live. My fav is footsteps and some sounds quieter and roars louder.
Please tell them to do something for mobile players 🙏 Game is so buggy and laggy , also most of the times it shoot mobile players out of the server for no reason, If you can do something about it, I'll be very thankful 🙏
I think unfortunately as the game developers older phones with less Ram are going to have these problems occur more, there’s only so much optimisation that can be done especially as it gets bigger Here’s hoping tho!

It’s one of them ones where it’s a fix as it goes process. Always happens with new engines, happened when they upgraded to UE5 But I do think the benefits out way the potential short term problems
