PTS Sasuke is without a doubt a very strong character. He got great neutral, his jutsu have great tracking and he can deal some great damage. His tools are what make him great and with his phoenix fire jutsu it is very easy to get in on any opponent while staying safe at the same time. You are also able to easily overwhelm all of your opponents when yare at close range with them because that is the range where Sasuke shines the most!

Sasuke has two primary jutsus in his arsenal. His first jutsu is a Chidori that comes out pretty slow because of the start-up animation. On hit it causes the opponent to be in a knocked down state. There is not much you can do after this Chidori besides forcing a wakeup by throwing kunais. Keep in mind that this jutsu has armor, so be sure to use it whenever you are in a sticky situation.
His second jutsu is his phoenix fire jutsu that lets him shoot multiple fire pellets at your opponent. On hit it causes the opponent to be in a stunned/airborne state. During this state your opponent is unable to move and you can easily confirm a combo while this is happening. It is a very handy jutsu to have to keep your opponents at bay, but it can also be used as an aggressive tool. This jutsu can also be fired multiple times in a row, so be sure to let them all go if it can give you the edge on the battlefield.
Overall, PTS Sasuke is a very fun character to use and can definitely cause some damage as a point character. Definitely check him out if you haven’t already!
