Hey there, now get ready to smile as we show you how people react when they unexpectedly get a pet as a present. From happy tears to pure amazement, it's a joyous moment you won't want to miss.
Whenever my husband and I decide we want a puppy or kitten, we decide together. We then go pick our new family member TOGETHER! No screaming or shrieking either. Just great love for our new little one ❤
These video are of course adorable. But as someone who works in animal rescue, please PLEASE do not gift someone a puppy. A puppy is a HUGE commitment and a ton of work. Taking on a puppy is a decision a person needs to make for themselves. So many gifted puppies end up abandoned in animal shelters. Some of these are parents giving puppies to their children, and of course that's different because the parents are taking on the responsibility, but do NOT gift a puppy to someone you don't live with or aren't willing to take responsibility for yourself.
Thank you - my 1st thought. And even if someone talks about "how nice it would be to get a puppy" - I would prefer an Italian greyhound over a bernese 🤷🏻♀️ There is a difference between a kuvacz and a teckel... Also a present for christmas is not some good idea - even if parents buy a Pet for their children. Because it's christmas time, everything is a little bit different... Wait until new year or buy the Pet in november. Oh, and never buy from a puppy mill! Go to your local shelter or - if you really want a puppy - ask a breeder with one or two different breeds. Wath how the dogs live (and how they are integrated in the family). When you see the Mother acting normal with her humans and her puppies, this is a big thumbs up 👍🏻
My father and sister tried to gift me goldfish and I didn't even have a tank or anything, as a birthday present. I said no I don't want them why didn't you ask me first etc. etc. and they had to take them with them because I refused to. I don't know how to take care of fish. And I've always had cats. I might've even had a cat at the time and I was sharing a Victorian flat in SF with roommates. I do not know what they were thinking.
Yes, don’t gift a dog, especially to a girl/boy friend. It’s a decision someone should make single or in a family situation. There not just pets there an addition to the family, a member until there dying day.❤❤❤❤❤
These poor little pups must be terrified, all that screaming, and stuffed in a box, and one was in a biscuit tin, people need to put the animal first and imagine how they are feeling, I hope the gift givers have a backup plan if everything doesn't work out with the gift, too many puppies are sent to rescue because they are not wanted.
I was crying throughout this whole video. I just hope these adorable animals will be loved forever and not just ignored or abused. Having an animal is a huge responsibility.
I choose to purchase from a breeder. When you get an animal from a rescue group or humane society, they literally know nothing about it. The dog could be aggressive under certain condition, it could have neurological problems, you just never know what might be wrong. Whereas you buy from a breeder and they know the animal. They know the parents of the animal you're wanting. They can tell you all about their breeding history. I just prefer that.
I was about to buy a puppy but decided to at least have a look at the dogs in the rspca rescue centre and I ended up adopting 3 2 staffies and akbash best decision I ever made I adopted a cat who was about to be put to sleep. Il always now rescue dogs or cats plus it means less money for those scumbag puppy farms and terrible breeders.
Or maybe just maybe these people are some of the best fur baby parents ever! These negative comments are absolutely ridiculous! Obviously those people don’t hv the same kind of love as the people in this video!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
and now with an explosion of dogs being abandoned and given up to shelters, i have to wonder how many puppies were given during the pandemic and then discarded? let us hope the love shown for these babies continues on. ❤
Luckily they do find ways to make you not care as much! I swear I spent so long cleaning up after the puppy (I did not want but was outvoted) and I’m mush whenever he cuddles up to me (and is thankfully potty trained now).
I love how gentle Koda was when you presented the strawberry! Very carefully. Don't go fast and carefully took the berry!! ❤❤❤ 🍓 🍓 ❤❤❤ Yummy, Koda 🐻 🐻 🐻❄ 🧸 🐻 ❤❤❤❤❤!!!
unfortunately, the people should try not to scream when they greet the puppies. they would be a bit bewildered anyway. would be best to have calm and loving introduction to their new life. animals don’t really like a lot of raucous noise.
I remember my first puppy. I was about 5 years old and when my dad brought it home. It was late and I was asleep. They woke me up and I just kinda shrugged and fell back to sleep. I woke up the next morning screaming "Did we get a puppy?" My parents never laughed so hard.
I enjoyed this, but don't give a puppy as a gift unless you live there and plan to love it for the rest of your life (in case the other person doesn't care for it). It's like giving someone a baby and walking away.
Gente cuándo adopten un animal, vean que tiempo tiene, ya que para venderlos o sacarselos de encima algunas personas no dejan que este el tiempo necesario con la madre generando daño de por vida los animales 😢
I would rather not have music so I can hear what they are saying!! ❤ Very sweet! But, geez, allow them to speak up and not have to speak over the music!
My daughter is you don't bite anybody a dog unless you are willing to take that dog on. The problem with all these people Is those same people turn around and take those dogs to shelters That are too full Cannot take anymore so they throw in the streets to That is my thoughts on this video
@@scotthix2297 Agree with you, One doesent cry from joy ,otherwise. I prefer, going to a shelter(all my cats, in heaven or those who are with me now) ,are"throw away annimals".they give much love.I strongly believe, these people on the video, will care for their pets.
It seems that most of the people in this video had pets before and they either died from old age or illness. That means they cared for their pets and will do the same for these. But I agree 100% if you can't give a pet the time, care, discipline and love don't get one because it's a huge responsibility.
I Always Wonder why they buy Kittens or puppies for someone Who is seventy or more years old. I really do hope that someone from the Family Takes the pet in,in Case something should Happen to the new owner. Here in Europe we say, animals are not a Christmas / Birthday present You really should know what you do, it's a living creature, Sometimes a really Long living.
@@susanne1959 I research the dog before I even get one. I want to now the breed not just say it is so cute Ima love it to death. And then take it back because I can do nothing with it. Plus I would not hand someone a dog they don't understand.
Perhaps, if you’re not a big fan of gifting pets, DON’T WATCH VIDEOS OF VERY HAPPY PEOPLE GIFTING PETS. Seems pretty simple. The comments are completely ridiculous.
