I too went the Parfum route, RL Elixir to me has the same vibe as Valentino UOMO or Dior Homme Intense. So I didn’t want to be redundant on the fragrances I am purchasing for now.
I prefer the parfum over the elixir. The price point is better and you can get it un the bigger bottles. Elixir is really nice but only if you can get it for a great price. I definitely prefer it over le male's by far.... le parfum by jpg is superior over elixir.
i keep hearing the elixir is great but too formal to wear often. i actually love the parfum as a great alternative to an easy reach that doesnt have the shower gel vibe like bdc and sauvage.
I just bought it a few days ago and I love it so much, I think it is my signature scent. I Can see why it may be too formal but I think it’s very versatile for everyday. Maybe because blue colognes are so versatile we may think others are not as much? It smells sophisticated and very sexy. It’s not too sweet which I love and the top notes are very fresh and citrus. I just love it honestly
im thinking of buying the elixir as my fall/winter fragrance as a more sweet/warm fragrance, would this be a good choice, or should i get the parfum? and then getting a more fresh fragrance next to it (i can't these both of these out in my area so i have to blind buy them)
I recently bought the Parfum travel spray. I thought it was just OK but my sis and her best friend thought it smelled really nice. I definitely want to get the Elixir
My 25 yo daughter really likes the the Parfum, but it doesn’t last on my skin. I got Elixir 2 weeks ago for $98 (Macys one day sale) and it’s one of my longest lasting scents! The dry down is amazing! All my coworkers really enjoy it! But 2 sprays for work is plenty! The opening projects like a beast on my skin! Love that stuff! Very manly IMO! Perfect for the cold months in Michigan! 🤙🏻
YSL Y parfum it’s more versatile option easy to hear (try the intense one for a upgrade). Ralph’s club elixir is for more special occasions like corporate events, weddings and etc…
Why even bother when you now know that Le Male Elixir tops everything else, while it puts all all niche fragrances to shame and makes them superfluous?!😉 All seriousness aside, what has better performance - Le Male Elixir or Ralph's Club Elixir? It seems like the designer houses' new mantra is "let's add "Elixir" to the title and increase the price by $40"!
