Yup, seems you got permanently stuck in the ending of the phase shift where you can start to shoot while enemies still shoot through you for a short time

Yep that’s a bug, that’s the reason I left HOOD clan. I was in a squad match and got this bug with my Indra (it happens with the phaseshift bots) but I did the wrong thing and kept playing ( it was late in match) the match when I should have destroyed. But after that it caused some drama my decision to play it bugged so I left the clan (he had honor code). Got offers from exo and rino so I joined rino and havnt looked back. Not sure what I’d do if it happens again anyway it’s rare to happen. Your example is the 4th or 5th time I ever hear of it.
