I love when you say, learning is in doing... I get hung up too much in my head, on learning before doing, and I keep cycling in learning mode

I’m from California specifically in North Bay Marin county area. I bought expired leads from Redx and the numbers are either wrong or people are on DNC list. How do I call people with no numbers? Where is everyone getting phone numbers ? Thanks

Somehow I found this interview again and watching it the second time through he is amazing. Such a humble, sweet man I really enjoyed the interview with Octavia. Look forward to an updated interview with him. Would be very interesting to see where he ended his first year. If every student was like him can you imagine what the brokerages would do. But he said his leadership is strong and a powerhouse. Thank you

Sorry I need clarification on contacts and conversations. He is making 600 contacts per month? I make about 250 calls per week and I’d say I get 1-2 leads on a good day and 0 on three of the five days I’m calling. Im trying to wrap my brain around what exactly he is doing lmao!

Instead of making 250 calls a week make 150 calls a day 750 a week and watch your numbers jump up 👌what city do you sell homes at?

@@lifeofrico I totally get that more calls equals more business haha but I usually do two sessions of 2 hour blocks of calling and I’ll get 50-70 calls done for the day by doing that. To be honest the actual ratio of people picking up is slim currently. I should also mention I’m working with buyers at this point in time so I think that’s where the difference is as well. Im in Charleston South Carolina
