Rocky Mom receipe is a Healthy Dish. Surfing Utube and decided to look at the video as I love chicken cook in different receipe. Chicken and Black Eye looks really Delecious and Yummy. It is a Healthy Meat not using Rice but potatoes. We can substitute the potatoes with Yellow Yams. Also I made your Mom Pepper Pot that Rocky posted on Utube 2 years ago. I made the Pepperpot in 2022 and it came out really good. 2023 I follow your Mom receipe it came out really nice my sister surprised that I made a Delecious Pepper Pot because I am not a good cook.
