One day we're closing all the windows , sealing everything up and using heat recovery for internal air quality. Now we're opening the windows/ vents to allow for cross flow ventilation to keep the inside cool. Ventilation /no ventilation, hot /cold. How do these all modern glass structures cope with all of this? Am I missing something here?

We lost our individual and hence collective common sense and now blindly comply with more and more 'directives' that do little to improve our individual and collective lives. Think I'm wrong?
