Shouldn’t you be able to get an idea on someone leg dominance by asking them to get into a fighting stance on the force plates? Just a thought

New research, how to use air in the golf swing. Your swing still has that same waist of energy in transition. Thanks for sacrificing your swing to give all the these kooks a chance. BTW Sam sneed always advocated practicing in bare feet. Don’t know how that fits in with this ground force fad.

I find this so interesting. I would love to see where my ground force is. When I’m hitting it great I feel like my torque is through the roof. Like most I tend to get lazy and stuck on the right side and have no power. But when I dig in my feet torsionally as a trigger I hit bombed butter cuts

Always enjoy the videos with Dr. Lynn. I didn't see the link for Swing Catalyst instructors, but I've used their search feature before and there are no instructors in the Orange County area which is kind of ironic since I know Dr Lynn is in this area and teaches at CSUF. Any hints?

Socal is very hard to find Swing Cat guys. Fausty in SD and Brand Studios in Carlsbad is all I’ve found.

Yes. He has it. I think he’s almost all in his left leg and vertical.

Curious, you have also worked with Dr Kwon and I think he is generally saying a backswing and ground force should be the same vs Dr. Lynn saying different golfers should use the ground differently?
