The first Friday the 13th DLC drop just happened, and in today's video we check out the new Retro NES Jason skin both as a counselor and as Jason himself, and yes believe it or not there was a Friday the 13th game on Nintendo that he's based on! If you're wondering why the music changed it's because when he gets close now it plays the classic Nintendo style music. Also, I added a fun little moment with Miniladd at the end that I hope you all get a kick out of! Let me know what you think of this DLC, and if you want to see more Retro Jason! :D

Bulbasaur617 if you're wired in with an Ethernet cord that would probably be the case. But if you meet the minimum requirements for the game you just may need to increase bandwidth through your internet service provider

Would you rather them spend over a month to make a new Jason or would you rather they spend a month fixing bugs? It's not supposed to be a new Jason. The reason why he is purple and blue is because that's how night shadows were done during the time the SNES Friday the 13th game was created. He doesn't need a remodel and I think it looks awesome.

It would be really cool if they included more things from the NES in this DLC! Like, fill the entire crystal lake map with zombies, crows and wolves; Make the counselor player jump really high for no apparent reason; Give Jason a toothbrush as a weapon; Give everybody a health bar (even though the counselors still wouldn't last long); And let you fight Jason's mom.

Not only are we getting 13,000 cp and a double xp weekend, but we also get new clothing and a skin from the old school nes game. Plus it's all free! I wouldn't call it lazy at all. It should be called generous because they didn't have to make all this stuff free for everyone.
