NEW Revell F-15E Strike Eagle 1/72 kit 2021 FULL BUILD - HD 1080p 

Just a couple of small points about loadout: under the belly are installed AAQ-13 navigation pod and AAQ-14 targeting pod, both part of LANTIRN (Low Altitude and Targeting Infrared for Night) system, while both bombs are PGMs (Precision Guided Munitions), they're GBU-12 LASER Guided Bomb and GBU-38 JDAM GPS guided bomb.

A very nice build, Gary, and that looks like a good kit. Although I’m not sure if the colour scheme is my cup of tea. It’s good to see someone else using Revell 09 Anthracite. It’s such a useful shade. I’m surprised it’s not used more often in RU-vid builds.

Hey quick question: would you suggest this kit, or a different one currently? It would be my third scale model, after a few years of Warhammer experience, so I'm merely new to this part of the hobby. Edit: I do want to stick with 1/72, simply because of storage.

My interest in this aircraft is the 'rumoured' F15 X (or maybe F15 EX) reputed to carry 22+ A-A missles, I wonder what the difference would be? Enjoyed you tips and build, only wish I had purchased it 2 hours ago when I was looking at it in the model shop!

Nice job! I wonder if they follow the same practice as Airfix and give models to a team member to make? The SNAFUs with the instructions should have been picked up then.

Hi , Gary . What a lovely Kit . I built an F 15 many moons ago and there were nowhere near as many parts . I painted it a sky blue colour , in honour of the first Eagle I saw fly at Farnborough in 1974 . ( Elton And Kiki were in the charts with , Don't go breaking my heart ) . As ever , a very informative and interesting video . With respect , I think I shall call you ; The kit Surgeon .

That's very nice indeed - it's light years ahead of the old Airfix B model I'm building at the moment. As someone who's main era of interest is late Cold War jets, I'm definitely going to have get one of these, even if means buying AM decals to go with it. What I find really interesting though is the breakdown of the kit - separate sides, nose etc, and Sparrows in the kit? Revell has definitely left the door open for other models - it'd be great to see them do an A/B or C/D to this standard!
