It doesn't mean anything lmao, the team that's working on cosmetics has nothing to do with the team that fixes issues and viceversa. There's a team of developers working for each sections of the game, so them releasing skins doesn't mean that they're not working on the problems of the game. That said, I agree that the matchmaking is fucking cancer
